Quick service, car clean and tank filled however would be nice for staff to have a smile and not look so serious even if having a busy day

A big thank you to Budget in Welshpool who provided a hire car while my car was in for repairs. A particular shout out to Max who provided exemplary customer service. Max had about 10 people lined up on the morning I collected the car - he seemed to be the only person at the depot and was doing everything from checking in the customers to delivering and photographing each vehicle. He did a fantastic job under the circumstances.

I do not recommend hiring through this company. They do not know how to communicate let alone forward information when you request copies of agreements!

I needed a truck for moving our house and was a more than a little confused with the whole moving truck process. The young man behind the counter named Bradley took me through the whole experience from my deposit refund timeframe and how to operate the tail lift on the back properly. He made it look so easy like he had done it so many times before.

He even had all the supplies I needed, saving me time having to stop by Bunnings to get them and that allowed me time to get a much needed takeaway coffee from Maccas.
