Easy to organise and pick up.
Vehicle was in great condition and i found the price very reasonable.
Using them again next week until i get my vehicle back from mechanics

Cars exterior was dirty with numerous bird droppings on it and windscreen internally needed a deep clean. Interior was clean.

Do not recommend when booking
Was quoted one price and charged another
Was told 200km free then when Bill came it was 150km free
Was told truck would have a range of 600km again lied too, which cost me a lot more in diesel very poor practice to tell someone booking a truck lies to get a booking could of saved allot of money going with there competition

The guy at the counter was quite Arrogant and was rushing yo things very fast. When I asked him beg your pardon he was having an attitude repeating himself to me. This is terrible customer service. If you are having a bad day at work or have family issues back home they shouldn’t be brought to work and remove it on customers who are giving business to Budget. Will never recommend this location to anyone.

I am extremely impressed with the service these guys have. They provided me with a vehicle while mine was broken down. I rented the car through my RAC breadown assistance but the team here supported me by extending my rental (at my own cost) until I got my car back. The team here are very professional and will go above and beyond the help you out.

Michael went above and beyond. The RAC had organised a hire car when my business car was in for an accident repair and there was a shortage of hire cars. Michael advised he had a Kia Carnival people mover in stock if I was happy to drive something larger than what the RAC had organised. I was happy to have wheels so I could keep working. Thanks Michael.

Reception poor man on his own trying to serve all. Car brought out front told it was ours and that was it didn't know how to start a hybrid

Felt a bit sorry for the one guy looking after the place but he did the best he could being short staffed and ordered a cab for me when I returned the vehicle which was a Mitsubishi Mirage which did not drive well and was exceptionally noisy. This is the reason for the 3 star review. The service was otherwise very good.

Budget was great but having to listen to the never ending Avis blurb over and over before someone from Avis answered was something I don’t want to go through again. Please get a direct number to Budget. The Avis diversion is loosing you business. Try calling your service to see how horrendous it is.

It's a hire car place, so don't expect a happy smiling face, good attitude or any help other than here's your keys, the cars perfect, sign here. Don't sign it. Go look at the car, note the scratches and dings it has which aren't listed, make them come out and rewrite the report, take photographs, and have a nice day!

Last time I had a rental I was struggling to complete the paperwork so the Budget staff member offered to complete paperwork for me.
Office door was opened for the customer, car door was opened for the customer.

The process of hiring the car was completed with the minimum of fuss and any queries I had were answered in an efficient and professional manner. On returning the car it was even easier and the experience including the hybrid corolla was good. I would recommend this company
