Fantastic experience here for my partner and I in the same week - both our cars! One word 'Seamless'

Good service, only comment would be photos provided on car should be closer and easier to see, picked up scratching around driver door that you could not see properly on their photos provided. I took
Photo to cover myself but this could be improved. My only negative, test was great!

Very good service and messages from RAC about car return and updates. Needed a new car seat that was supplied. Was old and grubby and material ripped.

Extremely helpful staff, a brand new ute to drive for the day, at a cost of $65. Good value.

Observe Behavior by Staff, highly recommend not hiring from them.

Manager in Vidvale is nasty.car smelt.

Hired a Picanto but battery failed twice but budget upgraded me to an ASX which was appreciated, thanks guys!

The truck I hired didn't have a proper fuel cap, when i refueled it leaked. The mirrors were not wide enough to see down the side of the truck when reversing and couldn't see even the top.had a bad latch on the back door was abit worried it was going to break open.

Can not fault the car itself, only the media system. Unfortunately the touch screen didn't work properly, we could not access any of our own media through the car interface.
We had to come up with an alternative media listening arrangement for our long trip to Kalgoorlie.

Given given information from my repairer and then told on the day by budget different information completely. Annoying

3rd time to use this car hire company. Friendly staff. Hard to get in contact via phone was the only issue I had everything else was very easy

Consultant was very polite and knowledgeable. The KIA CENATO was clean and had a full tank of petrol

The service was above and beyond from the front counter to staff showing me how to use items, the Midvale staff showed great old customer service.

Recently had to hire a car and chose budget they are wonderful and professional. They looked after me thank you

Found them to be essentially scammers.
Had a hire car for 3 days, cost covered by insurance. Drove the car minimal. Returned the car, and was told they had processed the return of my bond deposit.
Several days later, unexpectedly charged on my card by budget. Called them and was told the car had a punctured wheel.
I feel this is totally a scam as there was no deflation in the tyre when returned the car or whilst I had it. After speaking to them they said they cannot return the stolen money.
Definitely a bunch of scammers

Terrible from the get go. Walked in with a massive line up and every customer that we heard wasn’t happy. No one got the car that they asked for and took an extremely long time. We were then told to wait outside in the heat for a further 30 minutes before we walked out the back to find people doing nothing. We then asked if the truck was ready and it was. We were just left standing there with no direction. We booked the truck from 11 and didn’t get it until 12.30 which left us with barely any time to do what we had to do. We phoned ahead knowing that we were going to be 10 minutes late to return the truck plus get our car from the yard. Was told we would get a phone call to see where we were at. Nothing. Rocked up to the gate being locked after a hour drive there now an hours drive back home with the truck. Now we have to use the fuel all the way and refill. A very unhappy customer and they could have atleast waited to compensate for their poor service and organisation this morning. Do not rent from here unless you are prepared to get stuffed around.

Worst car rental company still waiting for a refund due to false advertising I've contacted you twice about this issue 04561974AU4 it's been 12 days no response only after a bad review you respond
