Great place to rent, had the vehicle ready to go within an hour of me booking and very friendly staff. Had the bond retuned super fast and very reasonably priced hire costs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

No where to park your car when you hire a truck here. So when you add another $80 for Uber transport your day rate goes from $250 to $330. No matter how good your customer service is etc …. No parking is just Not acceptable, Nor have I ever encountered this problem at…. HERTZ, AVIS, THRIFTY ETC.sorry guys but the truth is the truth.

It was great mini bus and will book it for the next trip too. There were few minor issues I would like to highlight 1. Car remote is working time to time. 2. Red dust is everywhere and need a bit more clean. 3. The head light need to be adjusted. It is hard to drive at night. Can see around 10-15 meters of the road with low beam.

I’m looking to hire one of your trucks and and your receptionist at your Burswood store was super rude, aggressive tone of voice, impatient, and seemed uninterested.

I have never left a bad review anywhere before but that kind of customer service is not ok, especially when I’m looking to spend money at your store.
It’s not hard to speak to people with respect.

I also found her unhelpful until I had to ask a lot of direct questions to get some fairly simple answers. She told me to just ‘go on the website’ to find what I was looking for when it was pretty simple to tell me over the phone.

I rented out a truck from the Budget outlet at Burswood in WA. I didn’t have any issues with the vehicle or The staff. I only had to return the truck the same day night; hence they were fully booked for the next day. The deposit money had been transferred to my bank account within 5 days and it was a very pleasant business transaction. Best wishes for them to continue the same standards and services!

Excellent customer service, contacted via phone to make an enquiry on the hire of a bus, booking confirmed there and then, then collection of bus, Lily gave great customer service assisted with the walk around. 25 seater was perfect, in good condition, clean and comfortable. Also on return fuelled up at Puma and drive down the back driveway and was greeted with service tech. Great customer and communication, great service, beautiful bus to drive. Highly recommend

Regrettably used this company again, the first time they charged me an extra $50 because ‘tank wasn’t refilled’ when it in fact was and recently returned the truck with a full tank (see picture) and was still charged an extra $15 for ‘not filling the tank’ despite fuel dripping out of the cap.
Will never go back and never recommend them

Just travelled almost 6 hours to bring a vehicle back and they don't have a toilet to use. Told me to go to the servo. Bad service
