Bruce Insurance

I write as Secretary of a Body Corporate Strata Council dealing with Bruce Insurance for over twenty years. I have found Bruce Insurance just so good to work with in every way; responsive to claims and acting proactively to procure alternative quotations for our Body Corporate insurance. In a recent incident of property damage caused by a vehicle driven by an occupier of one of these units, full recovery of the cost of repairs was possible because of the advice and detailed knowledge of motor vehicle insurance held by their claims manager.
I have no hesitation in commending and recommending Bruce Insurance.

Setting up a consultancy with non-standard insurance requirements it was difficult to find a broker with suitable cover for my business. I have been dealing with Bruce Insurance since I purchased my business some 3 years ago. The previous owner used Bruce and Kelly Larsen in particular for many years. Knowing the level of due diligence the previous owner would have put them through I just decided to go with Bruce to simplify at least one process with buying my new business.

I was saddened to hear of Kelly's recent passing and ended up with Julie Possingham and Chloe Watts having to step in to complete my annual insurance review. This is a critical time for me and my business as I'm unable to complete work should my various policies lapse.

Julie was quick to arrange a visit to my office and get a feel for my niche "elevator removal business". This enabled her to go about her activities in sourcing the best products, pricing and insurance providers. This has now been completed all through to the final steps of arranging a better/cheaper Premium Funder.

As an aside to this story, I have had cause to make two Workers Comp claims during the course of this year and QBE have been awesome to deal with. It did come as quite a surprise as I'd heard many WC case stories.none overly good. Thanks for pushing QBE as my Workers Comp Insurance provider.

Thought i was insured with a trade package recommended by the broker vehicle has been stolen, not insured for contents.this was not offered nor recommended to me $20,000 of equipment gone.no help to rectify the issue no call from the broker who set it up.do not recommend
