The initial sales pitch was great but everything has gone downhill since then. Our only claim took forever to finalise and several of our follow up emails trying were ignored. All policy related queries and renewals are passed off to a brokers assistant who does not appear to have been given any handover or client info as we need to explain our business several times. They even advised us that we needed to take out a policy that was already held through them!
