Broome Time Resort

Excellent location. Food, alcohol, & shops are all within walking distance. The climate control aircon was already set up for our arrival so it was great walking into a spotless room from the afternoon heat. There was always a staff member ready to help 24 hours a day & I was always greated with a smile & compliment when conversing with staff. If Levi is working, do yourself a favour & plan your site seeing around his suggestions! This business deserves 6 stars. Thanks Broometime, you've set a new standard in my opinion. Room nice. Amenities good. Small shop next to reception gave us enough for a meal to heat in microwave. Breakfast (7-9 am) was well stocked. TV reception was spasmodic as was the Wi-Fi that cut in and out. Might have been the location of the villa. Hired (just a refundable deposit) DVD from the 200 collection on offer. Close to Town Explorer bus stop (50m). Airport shuttle service available and more reliable than Taxi.

I had a booking with free cancellation until 1st July, with no payment untill after that date then the accommodation could take full payment.
The accommodation deducted the full amount on the 25 June, without any authorisation. I sent a message to the accommodation requesting full refund they did not even respond to my message.
I also then cancelled my booking as I could not trust the accommodation practices or honesty.
When I rang the accommodation the person was rude, talked over me, told me if I wanted to talk to the manager to ring back, and was dishonest as she told me a full refund was processed on the 25th.
I received a partial refund that was processed by the accommodation on the 26th June.
They had the cheek to do an unauthorised transaction then deduct a fee from the refund. Since when did the law in Australia allow a business to charge for the privelidge of deducting from someone's credit card without authority.
This accommodation in my opinion is deceitful, dishonest and displays contempt for their customers.

Both administration and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Was on a medical trip. Staff at the front desk were exceptional

Staff and management very friendly and helpful. Good location. Bus stop at front of hotel supplying transport at reasonable price to town centre and cable bch and anywhere in between. Room comfortable and clean. Would recommend to others.

A very pleasant stay for 5 days. Room was spacious and clean. Location of room was close to the road, so quite noisy unfortunately. Can't fault the continental breakfast, plenty of variety and staff very friendly. We hired a scooter so everywhere was about 6 mins away, Cable Beach one way, Town Centre the other. Plenty of places to eat in town, as no restaurant at the facility. Would stay again

Quite a nice place. Room and bathroom overdue for a makeover. Great breakfast with a hard working staff member looking after the everyone. Pool too cold to be Comfortable in May. Excellent young French guy on reception. Very helpful. Viva la France!

Although rooms could have a little attention, we’re perfectly adequate, nice setting, good location, staff were exceptional, informative, especially Besky, helped me with Documentation Printing, witnessing, and sending. Breakfast was really good, great variety.
Local Bus service fantastic, cheap, on time, drivers great knowledgeable, stops right outside hotel, not far from restaurants, scenic places, can highly recommend Broome Time Resort

Was a lovely quiet room, very helpfully, only a stone's throw away from town centre and any venue that you might wanted to go, deffently be staying here again
