I really enjoyed the stay at BTR lovely lil atmosphere so peaceful staff are so friendly i love to be back at BTR i would say this the best spot ever

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was like no other. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were set up great, comfortable bed, large television. Close enough to the town centre and cable beach, but also far away enough from the hustle and bustle of town traffic.

Staff were friendly and the gardens were nice but room was full of
mozzies and other insects, bathroom was dirty before we arrived and furniture was lacking - stools for side tables and minimal PowerPoints. Wifi was also not working at the time, they had a sign. Great that breakfast was free but it's pretty minimal. Cool pancake machine though!

Recommend hiring a bike as it is in a great location to go to either cable beach or town beach side. Can do both in a day with a swim and a rest at the resort in between.

Nice staff but old hotel with poor cleaning, ants in kitchen, spider Web in corners, limited towels only one for each guest and one hand towel for the room, cloudy swimming pool.

We picked Broome Time because of the price and generally favourable reviews. We were allowed to check in early, which was awesome. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the rooms and resort in general are in desperate need of a facelift. Pool area and rooms are quite outdated, more like a very basic motel. Pillows were quite hard, bathroom needs a deep clean and our electric cooking hob didn’t work - however, after telling staff, maintenance were up with a brand new one instantly. Overall, it was a decent enough place if you just want somewhere to sleep and shower, and would prefer to spend time at the beach than the pool.

Staff are friendly, accommodation is clean but little outdated, good value for money.
Breakfast gives plenty of choice.
Only problem we had was excessive noise from children & adults at weekend, nothing was done about this despite complaints.

I didn’t even stay in this place and the reception Andrea refused to pass me with her manager, is there any number where I can contact and speak with the person in charge?

We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable and friendly staff. The pool was nice and a good family friendly atmosphere. I think it a bit poor to not have wifi and I also would have liked a face washer / flannel. It’s super handy to the bus stop and taxis are easy enough to get. Not a great spot if you’re on foot.

We enjoyed our stay at Broome Time Resort. Good continental breakfast, plenty of variety. Our only issues were no WIFI which seems to be off for a long time and bed linen and towels had an unpleasant smell. I suggest maybe to replace the laundry detergent. Just as a constructive criticism.

Position is halfway between Broome old town and cable beach. Staff were helpful, rooms were adequate and clean. Wifi was nonexistent.

Very expensive for what you get.
Never stayed at a pricey place anywhere in the world where if you require new bath towels, you need to take wet ones to reception and they give you 2 clean ones back. No daily room service provide.

Loved our 4 night stay. Great continental breakfast and location with a bus stop on the door step. Reception staff very accommodating.

P. S. To the person who repying costumers reviews: please, don't bother yourself to asnwer me, the way you attacking people who have different opinion and visions of standart cleaning and good costumer service.

Excellent location. Food & alcohol & shops are all within walking distance. It was excellent having the aircon already set up & walking into a spotless room. Strong WiFi connection & food available at reception. There's always a friendly staff member to assist 24/7. Big thanks to Levi for the best site seeing suggestions.

Just had 6 days here, and would defiantly recommend this place. The staff were super friendly. Pool was great. Would defiantly re book here.

From checkin to checkout the staff were really helpful. My room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The little shop at reception has everything you could need. My only, very small, complaint would be to do room servicing more often than every 4 days. However this resort is excellent value for money!

Reasonably well looked after garden, pool, B. B. Q’s & rooms.
The downside was the noisey visitors upstairs dragging the chairs, stamping their feet on the concrete ceiling above, which made it difficult to sleep until the noise finished around 22: 30.
There’s plenty of unsecured/unfenced parking, considering the broken glass from car windows I saw on the ground of nearby car parks, I feel a fence or swipe access would be beneficial for the security of the visitors vehicles

Breakfast included was basic, though fresh & enough to get you going for the day.
Staff were pleasant & polite.

The rooms were clean and nicely renovated. However I had thought “full kitchen “ would include a stove, sharp knife, chopping board, maybe an oven and salad bowl.
Breakfast good, though what was there varied by day.
I appreciated that it was quiet.
Linen needs updating (light brown? !) and bed base damaged. Pillows cheap and old. Mattress had hollows.
