Brooklands Tavern

I would just like to say the Wednesday bar snacks… yummy, especially the corn puffs (I think that’s what you’d call them) they were very nice and also the spring rolls. It’s so nice to see some different snacks.
Could I please ask if we could have some tongs on the platters. Just so people aren’t touching the food then putting the food down.
Just a little incentive for people to do the right thing.

Been coming here for quite sometime and they always hit the spot. I would also say service and food quality has been improving.

I had the rump steak special today and the fish and chips. Both dishes were top notch and very well prepared. Steak was generous (300g), thick and cooked to perfection. Fish also had lovely batter and moist flesh. Chips and salad/vegs are good.

Staff were friendly and happy to help. Though we just ordered using the web ordering system. Cake selection was great but I had to reserve my calorie for another day:)

The worst experience I have ever had. The so called Assistant Manager was so unprofessional, can believe how they treat cusromer. I left and went to Last Drop. Saw the difference. Will never go there again.

Don't go here nothing but rude and discrimination from the bouncers, this place shouldn't be standing.

Great Pub! It has TAB, an amazing pool table, good sized portions, great service! Good place for night out!

Went there with my bro and his grand daughter for a couple of beers because it has a kids playground was nice had misters everywhere in the outside area. We didnt have a meal but the restaurant wS very busy so must be good or had a great special of the day on.

Had the worst chicken parmi here last week! Even the vegan one looked better somehow. Not the first terrible meal I've had here either. TAB is good tho and the beers are good too

Nice food, good service, good pricing.
The only thing that niggled was our dirty plates were not removed from the table and were still there when we left à good hour after we had finished eating.

Told us after waiting 45mins already, "You already waited 30mins, you can wait another 30mins" when we asked when the food was coming.

If we knew this was gonna take this long we wouldn't have taken the baby out.
Lucky I was with my family, otherwise I would have just walked out after that interaction.

Overall the food was Ok, However would recommend the waiter needs some additional training in customer service.

Best place to hangout in the area. Good beers, good staff. The only downside is it closes at 10PM even on weekends: (

Great atmosphere but the older lady behind bar (28/12 lunch) should probably consider retirement if she dislikes serving customers.
Other staff were lovely thou.

A joke of a pub. Staff do not appreciate their regulars
and are happy to turn them away. The security were
observed to be over the top and kicking away patrons
for enjoying themselves singing to karaoke that the
pub promoted - I do hope the gentleman that was
played by the staff and security puts his complaint in.

If you wish to get behind a pub that supports their
locals and pays it back then don't go here. You will be
declined pints, served water when you have been drinking coco cola all night, a toilet that overflows
with no toilet paper and a early closure time.

A pub that has declined over the last 2 years from
poor management.

Average place to have a meal. If you’re not very fussed about how your food is going to taste and just want the typical pub kind of grub then it’s an alright place to visit. The night that I went with my mates we had a 45 minute wait for the food to come out despite not many people being there. Service pretty bad - our waiter was not a polite or pleasant gentleman which dulled the experience somewhat. If you live nearby and want a drink with your mates then it’s alright, decently spacious and easy to get parking - but there are better places for food around the corner.

Good for kids to play in play ground 3/4 stars, food was good 3/4stars, drinks are drinks in any pub 5 stars overall 4 stars

Brooklands is a very nice place for a day out and for food. It has pool table and kids playground, perfect family outing

This has now become our families new local spot great place fantastic customer service great food, only thing I would love to see improve is a larger menu, but what they do they do well indeed!

Popped in to the Brookie as we had not been there for some time. Kerry welcomed us and took our order immediately. You have to try the Weekend Platter. Stopped us. A great feed. Recommend you try it out. Top value and a cold beer.
