Nice stay, comfortable rooms only cafe opened as short staffed. Would recommend holidayinh here.

Cold cold beer at the bar with friendly helpful staff, food is very nice and reasonably priced recommended to us and we now recommend this too.

Totally recommend! We Loved it, Nice place. Next to the beach, really comfy units, beds are super comfy, Great staff service. Two pools, bbq stations, tennis courts, restaurants, great for families…
The staff was great the service was spot on. We will come back.

This is my favourite place to take the family. Great location, easy access to walking path and beach. Activities for the family throughout the week. Food and coffee vans come in the morning and evening. Clean and modern, well maintained and super friendly staff.

Well-maintained resort, although the room facilities are bit outdated, but its extremely spotless from bedroom to bathroom. I need to say the housekeeping team did the excellent job!

The restaurant is modern, cosy with lovely furniture as well, we had dinner there the food was quick, well-presented and delicious!

We'll definitely come back again.

Have stayed at Broadwater heaps of times now. Absolutely love it and it’s always a great and relaxing stay. Super close to the beach and makes you instantly feel like you’re on holiday. We have stayed over Christmas this year and even though the resort is full, it doesn’t feel like it and still has relaxed vibes during the day and night. Staff super friendly and helpful too. Always look forward to coming and staying at Broadwater!

With the weather predicted grim I chose this place over the Mandalay (which was over $100 cheaper) as the indoor pool looked warm and inviting as advertised. However, the pool was tepid, tiles were very grubby and with the doors open to the elements outside the whole indoor pool area was freezing. The spa was like sharing a large bath. The staff and restaurant was very good. My kids loved the spa in the loft apartment. I do wish I had gone to Mandalay instead and saved some $ for a better quality time.

Nice accommodation.priced a little above the odds. Child and pet friendly. Secure parking, indoor and outdoor polls and lots of other facilities.

Stayed overnight on Friday with my 11 year old son.
I have to say I was really impressed and happy with just about every element of of stay/experience.
The attic apartment was perfect for families, it was clean comfortable and well presented and well equipped. The indoor pool was great, we played tennis and pool in the games room. Got a movie from the resorts extensive DVD library, with a complimentary popcorn.

The food was excellent, and had both traditional "pub food" and more interesting dishes. I had Duck and truffle pasta.
The French Pastry Truck visited on Saturday morning and had a truly mouth watering selection.

Works for both winter and summer. I would definitely recommend the resort and I would be happy to return.

My family made a last minute booking last week to stay at The Broadwater Resort (amazing considering it was school hols!) and we so enjoyed our stay. The lush gardens made us feel like we were somewhere tropical and the apartment was clean, warm and comfy. My kids loved their little attic room. The only negative was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable but everything else made up for it. The owner (manager?) was friendly and extremely helpful. The kids loved the heated pool and arcade games/pool room which was perfect considering the wintery weather. The cute French lady, driving her pastry filled van that came every morning, ringing her Santa bell was a lovely treat. Good coffee was only a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and seeing how close it was to the beach it would be perfect in summer!:)

Great location, clean, spacious, family friendly, definately recommend for family's that have multiple children!

Excellent, everything around you would need regards shops etc, 2 minute walk to the beach. Currently some sort of construction happening on the beach.

Great facilities rooms are clean and tidy, the covered heated pool is perfect for kids. Will be back soon!

We stayed as a family for the jetty swim and loved the place. Great location close to the beach, restaurants and busselton town only 10 mins away. The atmosphere was relaxing, peaceful and very family friendly. The pools were perfect and the rooms were very spacious with comfy beds. The staff were friendly and plenty of parking. We will be back for sure!

Wrote a written complain advising all the issues in our very expensive 3 bedroom apartment. No air conditioner in upstairs loft, fan only had one speed, high and very noisy so occupant had bad night sleep. Spider webs in toilet. No blockout lights in 2nd bedroom and Fan very noisy in 2nd bedroom. Black marks on bathroom mirrors and grout stained on tiles in bathroom. Couch in living area hard and uncomfortable then charged when we asked for late check out. No response from my complaint letter and no compensation offered for the $430 a night I paid.

All family members had a fantastic holiday here the staff were great the resort was brilliant the rooms were very clean and had everything we needed I was very happily surprised with the resort Big thanks to all who work at the resort

Loved staying, even though it is a little outdated, the resort has plenty to offer, pools, tennis courts, games room, beach access

Evan and his team have put the family back into a family holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. Good linen and facilities, warm rooms, cable services and a great mix of people all enjoying the location. It certainly has the touch of an owner operator. Great job.
