Excellent facility for a couple of days. Clean modern room, comfortable beds, good a/c. Close to beach and pool. Good cafe and bar.

Perfect location in Busselton right next to the beach. Good swimming pool and pub-restaurant where to have a drink and eat some good food!

Great location and very close to the beach and about 20-30 minutes from most wineries. The room is simple, but clean and the kitchenette is very helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Stayed for a week here, 3 bedroom apartment. Room is well set out, pretty quiet, with all amenities in room. Resort has a gym, pool, tennis, squash, BBQ area for guests to use. The games room needs some Care and attention, but overall very happy with the resort. Reception staff have been amazing, helpful and very pleasant. Outdoor BBQ doesn't like wind apparently (according to.ground staff whom was having a bad night it seems) but we managed to keep it going once he relit the pilot light. Outside pool is cold as ice.inside pool is tepid but nice. Also has a spa which is very relaxing, and great to sit in while kids swim close by. This is our second stay here, will return again.

Our 3rd stay at Broadwater.
Excellent location new upgraded pool area, staff provided excellent customer service especially young gentleman on reception (didn’t get his name).
Rooms are basic (bathrooms need updated) but room was absolutely spotlessly clean. Tonic by the Sea kitchen was closed during our stay so was unable to sample new menu.

The pool area was great. Close to Tonic by the bay for drinks lunch and dinner. The beach on your door step. What more could you ask for.

Property has been rejuvenated since I last visited and it is looking great. Nice atmosphere, clean and well presented everywhere that we managed to explore. Had a meal at the Tonic Restaurant - went with no booking at a busy Saturday evening time and whilst we had to queue a little bit the meal came quickly and the steaks were superb! Good range of local beer on tap as well.

Resort was very nice, school holidays so very busy. We had a spa suite which was spacious and well equipped to self care looks like it had been done out, but it hadn't so it was very smart. Let down for us was mixed thoughts on the restaurant with the food and over priced and look warm food in the breakfast area. I would stay again but maybe eat out unless things improve. The staff were very good and helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a good experience. The room was quite large with small kitchen, was clean and tidy and didn't look very worn as I might have expected. For the 1 bedroom Apt it was $180 per night, over $200 and it would be a 4star review as value not so good. The swimming pool and spa area was good. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation looked quite old and there aren’t much entertainments for kids. We were freezing cold at night as there was only a small air conditioner/heater at the lounge attached on the wall. Washing machine worked but the dryer didn’t function properly. For me considering the whole facility and condition of the room, it’s expensive but I understand as the wages could’ve increased. Extra stars came from the fact they are pet friendly.

We had beautiful stay at Broadwater Resort this weekend. The outdoor pool was amazing and perfect temperature in the indoor pool. The accommodation is so relaxing and everything was very clean and neat. And the tennis court was very usable you could even ask for tennis balls and rackets.

3 night getaway.

Check-in was good and received good pleasant service. Resort grounds were neat and tidy.

Room was clean and comfortable and resort features were good.

Indoor outdoor pool was handy as it was a bit chilly.

Omg the beds are so comfy and it’s the perfect getaway for my family or a single getaway. I have done both and loved it here at the Broadwater Resort. I adore the new renovations of Tonic by the Bay bar and restaurant. We will be back for sure x

We stayed at Broadwater for Friday and Saturday night with our two dogs. The resort is great and rooms are tidy (albeit a little dated).

Before arriving we asked for the pet policy to be emailed to us on a couple of occasions so that we could review and make sure we followed the rules.

We left our two dogs in the room alone between 12 noon and 2: 30pm on Saturday (at this stage we were not aware of the policy).

Daniel and then the manager (did not provide his name) called us and explained that our dogs had been barking and we were not allowed to leave them alone. We apologised and said we are so sorry and that we will rush back to get them. In our opinion, the conversation should have finished here - we apologised and said as we are now aware of the policy we will ensure we are with our dogs at all times.

The manager then said they had been barking on Friday night (we explained to the manager we arrived at 8pm and were asleep shortly after 8: 45pm - we were with the dogs). The manager then said they were barking all morning and had now been left alone for over 4 hours (we explained to the manager we took them out all morning and had left them in the room since 12 noon).

The manager then proceeded to call me a liar and a “kid” for leaving the dogs in the room. The manager subsequently said our dogs obviously have anxiety issues and need to be looked at. We felt like we were being bullied/threatened and felt very uncomfortable staying at the resort on Saturday night.

I would not recommend staying at Broadwater for the only reason the way we spoken to by Daniel and the manager - in a very patronising and rude manner. It upset both of us and ruined a weekend that we were looking forward to for along time.
