Nurse Niki is such a beautiful soul and was so lovely during my procedure. She made the experience as painless as possible and was understanding of my goals and what I wanted to achieve but also being direct enough to explain things that may have not suited my face.

I visited Bramis for a non surgical rhino/liquid rhinoplasty in late July. Prior to this I have had this treatment done at another clinic, in that instance I was very happy with my nose and the filler lasted 10 months before I started to notice that it was "losing its effect". After a couple more months the filler had completley gone which was when I booked in at Bramis.

Booking an appointment was quick and I managed to get a cancellation a few days after I initially enquired. The clinic itself is nice and the customer service is friendly and professional. Dr Mela made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was absolutly painless! I left the clinic quite satisfied with my nose, it wasnt exactly how had hoped for/expected but I was excited to see the full effect in a couple of days after the swelling had gone down. However, 4 days later, after the swelling had subsided and after following after care instructions precisely, I was very unhappy with the outcome (the small bump on my nose that I am self conscious about actually looked bigger!). I contacted bramis immediately, explained the situation and sent photos and they were very professional and apologetic and booked me in for the earliest available appointment to rectify the situation (earliest was 1 month later as Dr Mela was on holiday).
When I went back to the clinic (August) I explained my issue.

Dr Mela informed me that the reason it was proving difficult to give my nose a smooth profile is because the bump on my nose is quite large. This really confused me because I actually do not have a large bump on my nose. And when I previously had the procedure done at a different clinic they achieved an extremely straight profile no problem, so I dont agree the problem was with the structure of my nose. After a couple of tweaks, I left the clinic still quite unhappy with my nose.

At this point, in retrospective, I probably should have stayed at the clinic until I was 100 percent happy or perhaps asked for it to be dissolved all together but I wanted to again see what it looked like after the swelling went down - after a day or two the bump- although not straighty- definitely seemed to be a bit smoother than my first visit, so I left it at that

Unfortunatly, last month (mid November) I started to notice that the filler was starting to "dissapear" and by the beginning of december it had complelty gone- just 5 months after the initial procedure, and 4 months after the tweaks, nowhere near the advertised 9-12 months Bramis advertise, and nowhere near the 12 months the fillers lasted from the other clinic I had visited. And whilst I understand each face/experience is different and the time of duration is more of an approximate, I wouldnt have expected it to last half the advertised time.

I hate to give a negative review, although I hope I have also highlighted some positive feedback from my experience with bramis.

Overall I would not go back.

Dr Mela is worth ever penny!
First the first time in all my injectable years my husband thinks I look normal again but fresher and younger.
She does just the right amount in the right places.
Ive never needed a follow up because when it all kicks in its 100% perfectly even.
I travel 3 hours 3 times a year to go to her because I trust no one else!

The Premium Wrinkle Relaxer being used works every other time I go. I have 40 units of B type for glabella - and have been having this for years. A year ago the injection wore off after 2 months or so - normally I get 4 or 5 months. I complained and they topped it up for free. Last treatment was fine and lasted nearly 5 months. This time the so called premium relaxer has started wearing off after 8 weeks. Are they using premium, concentrated, fresh, product? Who knows. I will be trying somewhere else next time. I like the staff but I am paying for results not pleasantries.

I've been coming to Bramis for over 2 years now and I could not be happier with my results. I've had multiple appointments with Rose for my skin and she is nothing short of amazing. Rose is incredibly knowledgeable and I completely trust her with my skin issues. I know that Rose's recommendations will help me achieve the best results as she always takes the time to explain each treatment and product. I have also visited Dr Becky for my dermal fillers who is absolutely fantastic. She helped me achieve a natural look and explained how she would do so - this put my mind at ease! I have also had conversations with the other cosmetic nurses at Bramis and they have provided sound advice rather than trying to book me in for something that isn't suitable for me. This is really a stand out clinic that offers the best treatments and advice. I cannot recommend Bramis highly enough!

Everyone go to bramis! They're amazing. Dont listen to any mean things others hav written. I saw kate for 1.5 mls of the best lip fillers and she helped u go through the whole experience. She has alot of knowledge n her voice is soòooo calming n also u get squishy balls to squeeze if u need to. But u r numb n shes gentle. Dont go anywhere else. Bramis is wat u want. Trust me:)

Arrie is the best! She is so talented at her job. She considers the overall aesthetic and won’t push you into doing anything you aren’t sure about. She made me feel so comfortable and so beautiful. I am thrilled with my results! I reccomend her highly

Incredible service! I was freaking out about getting lip fillers but Sanja made me feel at ease, along with all the other ladies who were in the clinic at the time. I had 1ml of fillers and could not be happier.
I explained to Sanja that I wanted natural looking and they were perfect. I have a gummy smile as well which isn't so gummy anymore.

I am going back this week for wrinkle relaxers to get prepped for my wedding.

Unfortunately they lure you in by what appears to be cheaper botox per unit (i initially thought hooray finally prices are more akin to whats paid over east). Sadly thats not the case.they over state the number of units you need and then only administer a portion of what you pay for. Why would i trust this company with any treatment at all. Buyer beware!

"beware all that glitters". They sound cheap per unit and say they are ethical (keep banging on about being allergan trainers.so is any other practise who uses only allergan) but from my experience they tend to shortchange you on the number of units of botox youre actually paying for.if youre experienced with botox like me, its very obvious. What a shame. I actually hoped they were different.

Had the pleasure of having my first fraxel session with this company. Service and value for money was outstanding. Was a very pleasant experience and i cant rate them highly enough. Look forward to my next visit

Had Fraxel Laser and highly recommend. Staff where so lovely as soon as you walk in even though I was really scared they made you feel great.
No issues with the Laser all went well and heeling great.

Id always been a skeptic of cosmetic procedures to fight the aging process. Id seen friends results from other practices and cringed at how they changed their appearance to looking well - fake. In November 2017 I had my first consultation with Dr Becky for anti wrinkle injections and asked her for her professional opinion on helping other areas to improve my over 40 look. Dr Becky spent a good hour assisting and showing me what could be done and so without hesitation I had my first procedure and have never looked back. The procedures for injections are painless and the care both through procedure and after care given by Dr Becky is Amazing. Furthermore the results Im getting are exactly what Im wanting, a soft natural look thats still me but a fresher less tired looking me. I also see Rose for my brows who BTW is the brow queen, and just effortlessly manages to get them perfect. I love all the team at Bramis, each interaction has always been professional, inviting and just generally pleasant. Big fan, and total convert who will continue to keep coming back and recommending Bramis.

Absolute waste of time and money! I had 1ml of juvederm fillers here and although looked swollen for a few days within a week the results totally faded and it looked like I had none. I went back after 6 weeks and advised of no effect. I was then advised by Dr. Mela to try juverderm plus another full 1ml which I did and paid the total full amount again only to be disappointed again with the results. I have read that this can happen if the Dr or person doing fillers goes too deeply or has a 'bad' technique. I would not recommend this place at all, I have spent over $1000 only to have no results. Don't waste your money.
