Came in a solid 7, but after Sammy works her lash wizardry and takes you on her banter bus, you’re like WOW, how could this experience get any better. The answer is, it can’t.

My skin feels amazing after my facial. Jayd was lovely. Can’t wait to come back for some more treatments.

Hayley is always so kind and caring she genuinely wants the best result for you and doesn’t mind telling you if you don’t need “more”. After many injector nurses over many years prior, I’ve now been with Hayley for over 2 years and longer than any other because of her honest and grounded approach to her work.

Unfortunately my experience at Bramis wasn't as good as I'd hoped. After reading their good reviews, I decided to drive a 2hour round trip to have my lips and cheeks done. My cheeks were fine, but my lips were terrible. The injector used a filler that was much too thick and they were left lumpy and horrible and very noticeable, it was embarrassing. I drove back (another 2 hrs) for another appointment to have them dissolved, but they were still awful and lumpy, so I went to a local injector to have them fixed up. No refund policy, so if they stuff up. Too bad. (They did offer to dissolve them more but I wasn't driving another two hours.)

I get slightly nervous before any facial treatments due to past horrific treatments done by another company, and I had a fantastic experience and my skin feels incredible. Wonderful staff with excellent knowledge of treatments and products. I would highly recommend and will be coming back:)
