BP Truckstop reviews
38 Never coming here again. The ladies were rude and not helping and then made a big Because we wanted to order food.
The young lady tried to help and she sorted it out bit the older women was just rude
Lovely staff, I used their showers facility and they are lifesaver on the route to Perth. Where you won't find much around.
Good Work, Good Luck and Keep Up the Good Work.
Loved this stop! Highly recommend! Stoped for a bit after exploring got coffee, fuel, dinner, snacks, hot shower and even did my landary. Wifi was awesome! Everything was great and resonably priced. Totally added this stop to my favs!
Had the best chicken wrap here, on my return trip to Adelaide will definitely stop here again.
The staff were very busy 1 serving fuel, taking/ delivering food orders as well organising accomodation. And the cook/chef busy cooking all the meals and cleaning up. And meals were so quick definitely recommend this truck stop for a quick meal.
Good, large store, with restaurant, kept very clean and pleasant, with polite and friendly staff. Prices are a bit expensive, but all service stations are.
Must be some new staff and management, the lovely lady from Peru served me and was so helpfu and nicel, really top notch. Had gone to Caltex first and moved on because no showers due to "Covid", wish I'd just come straight in here and not gone through all the old reviews. (Norseman big breaky)
Customer service ain't very best, guess it's the rough region. But place is good n full of amenities, restaurant menu not great
Had the best, fresh cooked burger sandwich and fried chicken wings. Will definitely stop and eat there next time I go via Norseman
Christmas Eve.already away from home for work. Walked over and ordered a "Sausage/Egg and Bacon roll". Not rocket science right.
The lady at the counter was great. The older lady in the kitchen had a burst "Its not even on the menu". Well you already have sausages in the display out front. You just join all 3 on a bun. I'm am over these road houses going modern and treating truck drivers like scum. Merry Christmas way to make a bloke feel good.
Don’t stop here, Bad customer service, staff are rude when asking questions. Not what I would call a truck stop, kitchen not open for food, Will not be stopping here again
Very expensive, Caltex down the road is almost half price on most things with better hot food and a bigger drink selection
Avoid stopping for fuel at BP Norseman.fuel issues and breaking down, had to get towed to Kalgoorlie on a tilt tray further investigations found bad fuel
to be the problem.whole problem cosy around 3500.called the BP up to discuss and from the get go there was nothing but attitude from the admin staff and tone over the phone.
At the end of the day I was not after any sort of refund just looking out for the next driver filling there vehicle and getting stuck on the side of the road in 40 degree heat.
I found out later that BP Norseman has a bad name for bad fuel and I wondered have they been told.
The worst service I have ever dealt with
Ordered a rump steak and veg, what l got was a rib eye and salad and chips and stale bread oh and they don't do milk shakes steak was tough the chips were dry
I always stop here for a fuel up and bathroom break before crossing the Nullarbor. Definitely the last decent facilities before going East, however most of the roadhouses are just fine and mostly appreciated on the eastward crossing. I’ve done this trek more than a dozen times and know most of them intimately.
Obviously this business not customer service focused. Rude lady serving. Not good for WA tourism.
Mostly I stop for coffee and food. Coffee is good and better choices of food along Eyre Highway and Coolgardie Esperance Highway.
Some of the most rude customer service I have ever experienced. Somehow buying over a thousand dollars worth of fuel seemed like an inconvenience to them. Avoid if possible.
