BP Truckstop reviews
38Over priced bad service no kitchen just looked at other reviews from owners feedback no one cares drive on bye
Very helpful and polite staff. Must be such hard work cleaning the showers there… hoping all get paid well there for the job they’re doing.
Prices are ridiculous.
$11 for a roll.
$8 for a sandwich.
If you want to eat do it before 8.
Everything else shuts after 8.30.
$240.7 for 98 unleaded.
Being the only feul shop in town they have the monopoly but still outrageous.
I bought the egg roll as I was hungry. Don't. I had two bites and had to throw it out.
Been here a few times. And every time I have been met with RUDE packpackers that work here. No manners what so ever. Not to mention a complete rip off. 6 dollars for two small hash browns. Everything at this truck stop is super expensive. To the point that it’s laughable it’s beyond inflation. It’s price gauging!
Went in for a drink, wife ordered coffee and me a milkshake but staff told wife this place does not do milkshakes. Really, every other roadhouse does.got one from cafe in town and was nice.
Always stop here to fuel up on way to or from Perth in various trucks. The food is good, showers for truck drivers, and a good variety of items in the shop. The motel at the rear is good for an overnight stop, with plenty of truck parking nearby.
If I could rate this as 0 stars, I would. For a so-called "24-hour Truckstop" that caters mostly to Truckies, the lack of hot food (or just any pre-prepared food in general) is absolutely absurd. The prices are ridiculous as well: paid $80 for 10 items.
Great fuel stop even had suds in windscreen wash bucket able to get the bugs off. Nice big area to pull in with a van, very clean and tidy, food inside looked good. Cheapest about at the time
I enjoyed that meal best burger
But I don't eat the meat on the burger my partner does.
Had beef stroganoff also meat
Tender very nice.
Had roasted vegetables with it
Beats can food
Looking for a good meal drop in.
It was raining and cold been on a motorbike for 500km the people were so nice even put a heater on for me to dry out abit food was great. Best roadhouse I've been to in my 6000km trip
My partner and I stop here every time we cross the Nullarbor and every experience is good. This morning especially the customer service was amazing. I was sitting in the roadhouse for a while and the girl that was on was polite and attentive to every single customer than came through! I wish I got her name because she deserves a pay rise.
Fuel prices are a bit high but that's to be expected I guess. I try to avoid places like this on main routes. But this place is tidy and a great place to pick up some (expensive) noms. (but that's the norm these days)
I wants to share the wrost experience with this servo I ordered a large chips and I wait half an hour then I asked them they said ohh we forget to write down your order like seriously I am the truck driver don’t have the time for this if guys don’t know about your job sit at home
Always stop here before crossing the nullarbor or returning back. Had the best sausage rolls, was like they had cracked pepper in them, bloody yum. I went back in and got another one. Not sure if it is open 24 hrs, but a really good roadhouse.
This place is over the top greedy. Their coffee is already the most expensive on the highway, and now its gone up again. I draw the line on paying eight backs! I will now bypass this place and get my fuel in Coolgardie where coffee is still six bucks for the same size.
We ordered Rump Steak for dinner. Well it was full of griddle and tuff as old boots and no salad dressing available
The rest of the meal was ok.
A rip off for $28 and get tuff steak. Don't bother eating there.
Went in there yesterday spent $1300 on Fule only to stand around with other customers while the girl behind the counter had a 10min chat to a bloke she new and ignored everyone else perhaps a friendly reminder that she had a job to do and she isn’t there to socialise with friends and ignore customers would be appreciated I did mention it myself and she became aggressive towards me
Petrol price is outrageous…. 10 cents per litre dearer than a k down the road
Paid 27 dollars for food that was inedible …. Sausage roll that was case hardened. Cold wedges.
If it’s a saving grace, the coffee was great
Lovely staff went above and beyond to help us out, must be new cook/chef as loved food more then last time, very friendly staff. Good amenities, also clean, will definitely be back! Thank you
