It was my first visit to Body for Life and I was not sure what to expect, however knew I made the right choice the moment I walked in. Great atmosphere, calm and relaxing. Friendly and professional staff. The massage itself (I went for the custom relaxing massage) was amazing. Just the right amount of pressure and she really got into the knots where needed. Felt great afterwards and I will definitely be back as well as recommending it to friends and family. In fact I already did!

You know it's a good massage when you have to adjust your rear view mirror because you're able to sit up straight again! The staff really know what they are doing and their professional attitude makes it a great place to visit.

Absolutely amazing, I was greeted instantly, walked to the waiting room where I was offered a relaxing beverage before my massage, the massage therapist was very responsive and caring, good conversation skills and very good at her job.

Easy to get to, fantastic and professional staff and the massages are awesome.very relax atmosphere as well.

After a very noisy day at work walking through the doors to the quiet, peaceful clinic was just what I needed. The massage Samuel provided was excellent and I booked my next visit straight away. A friend recommended Recoveri to me, I was astounded at the results, felt so fresh and all the little aches and niggles had gone. Staff were brilliant and really took the time to explain everything.

Recoveri were not only extremely helpful and friendly they also offered top service. I went in for a package deal of cryo therapy machine, spot therapy and the compression pants. Completely comfortable, clean environment to sit back and relax like you are at home. I felt amazing once all my treatments had finished and would have no hesitation in recommending to all. Will be back for sure.

Wonderful staff, and the "freeze tank" is amazing! Left there with substantially less back pain than when i went in!

Paid for 1hr massage for 2 people.
Filled in paperwork 15mins, undressed 5mins, 30 mins massage, dressed 5mins.
Decent massage however, this place is not for us.

Friendly staff who are clearly passionate about what they do. If you are serious about your training and want to increase output by reducing doms definitely worth a shot! Great way to refresh your body and mind
