I visited Body for Life recently with a sore back, I had an idea that it maybe because I didn’t stretch enough after exercises this causing muscle stiffness, muscles were so stiff all over.
A Remedial massage with dry needling by Leah worked like a treat, very intense but, worth the pain.
I am now a member and am going to move forward to take care of my body.

I recommend regular massage.

I have been going for remedial massage for over a year with Zoe. She has been really good up until the last massage.
It seems like the last time I was short changed by 10 minutes.
Massage was supposed to start 10.15am not 10.25 am, too busy gas bagging, usually brings me a glass of water after the massage, didn't even ask!
I did mention it at reception, they couldn't believe it, but didn't offer any solutions either.
I still haven't found a good consistent massuer in Cockburn area yet.
The previous owners of the business did exactly the same.

I went to see Lorraine the Body for Life nutritionist she was very friendly and informative. She adapted a program to suit my life and family I cant wait to see what the future putting these tips into my daily lifestyle.

Having Cryrotherapy for my Fibromyalgia has been a life changer! I have been going to Cryrotherapy for over a year and the physical and mental benifets of this treatment for people who are suffering from chronic illnesses is amazing! Going on a weekly basic has drastically improved my sleep and muscle and nerve pain and inflammation. The staff are so wonderful and professional and the happy hour prices and tailored packages are so affordable. Definitely a great alternative if you want to try something different other than prescribed medication.

I was given a Mother’s Day Voucher and used it yesterday. What an amazing experience. I had a Cryo Facial which was out of this world and a fantastic remedial massage. I walk out of the salon feeling relaxed and pampered. I will be visiting Body for Life again. The staff are all lovely Thankyou girls. Xx

Went in with a niggle in the lower back and sore calves, walked out feeling great & no issues since. Follow up massage just as good as the first & feel truly awesome body, mind & soul! Will be back for sure.

I go to Body for Life once a week for an infrared sauna. Such a great price and so easy to book in weekly for whatever time slot suits me.

I have been doing yoga at Body for Life for some time now. I love Joy’s Saturday morning classes! Yesterday I had my first Body for Life massage. Amber was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
