BIG4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park

Just called on the off chance they had a couple of nights for a powered site (small caravan) knowing it’s school holidays and Easter was surprised they were able to accomodate us - had to decline tho due to the price $202 for two nights for two people - Just cause its School Holidays and Easter does not give them the right to rip people off - or is it another case of cashing in due to Covid…I was expecting to pay a higher price but come on $50 per PERSON per NIGHT for camping… shame on you Big4!

Beautiful caravan park, shower water pressure could be better but everything is very clean with heaps of facilities, very kid friendly and close to beach and plenty of activities close by.

Facilities were wonderful, with movie nights, a games room, kids crafts, and also located right on the beach!

Powered site. What a gem. Great location. Great amenities. Very clean toilets and showers blocks. Cooking facilities are very clean. Public areas well maintained. Kids are very well catered for with a couple of playgrounds, jumping pillow and school holiday program in the AM along with movies in the arvo/night. Great foreshore close by with a couple of pubs and fish and Chip shops within 5/10 minute walk away.
If you are a child of the 80's or 90's and now have your own small kids then this is the place to bring them to allow them to have those same memories.

Such a shame on Big 4 Middleton asking for vaxxed passports for accommodation is absolute discrimination. I paid for my site only to be asked for Vax status after I had paid and checked in.
Although I did not call you out on this day, mainly because it had taken half an hr just to check in and I didnt want to upset the lady serving. I politely showed them and walked out never to return again.
I will not condone this segregation, I find it disturbingly gross and management at Big 4 Middleton should be ashamed of yourself.

Excellent caravan park with large sites, beautifully maintained sites, really helpful friendly staff and immaculate amenities. Close to town and attractions. Highly recommend it.

Awsome clean park, got everything pool spa playground jumping pillow walk to the beach great staff only complaint washing machines and dryers cost far 2 much but all in all highly recommend

Nice cabin, great customer service and easy to use Web site. The location was fantastic and close to some great little food places. Facilities were excellent

Awesome and cute little apartment. Everything we need and place was really clean. Staff were super friendly and the best part.the bubbly jacuzzi was awesome.
Enjoy the 9km there and back trip to emu point and grab a great coffee there.

Beautiful park BUT the "shower heads" in the ladies ablutions are the worst I've ever used.
There is no adjustment, so if you are short, you need to actually stand out of the cubicle to get wet.

Very good place to stay. The chalet D3 was very comfortable and clean with all amenities and the spa was relaxing.
Close to beach and shops.

Lovely park very clean and well maintained, amenities are clean and tidy, staff are very friendly, park is next to the beach and has great walking track to Emu Point.
Albany has a lot of things to see and do

Clean and tidy park. Staff and cleaners were really friendly. Outdoor pool was cool but kids played in the spa! Bouncy pillow was great and kids loved the quiet park street for scooters. Fire in camp kitchen was lovely on a cool night. Close to beach and parks.

Really lovely caravan park to stay. Facilities are really great, close to beach and walking distance to Three Anchors, if you can get an ensuite site. Lovely ladies at reception too.

Manager is very rude. She is not even sorry for the mistakes of their staff. Accusing us that we dont have credit on their record even it is their fault. Didnt give us much option either.

We stayed here 4 night absolutely beautiful clean tidy great entertainment areas good size lots would recommend to any one

Had a 2 night stay with my wife in a motorhome. We had a great stay and couldn’t believe how clean the ammenities and grounds were. Keep up the great work, would recommend this place to anyone.

Middleton beach holiday park is well looked after. Very clean accommodation and facilities. The staff there is very friendly and always ready to help. When i am in Middleton beach i am completely relaxed. Love this place.

We were on a little family vacay and hired a powered site.
We were right in the beach front and it was so good at night to go to sleep hearing the waves crash into the beach.
The customer service here was great too. The people were friendly and were always great with any questions we had.
We will definitely be going back again

This is one of the best caravan parks we stayed at in WA. It‘s more then we expected.

It starts with a prime location right at the beach but continues on-site with clean facilities also featuring great family rooms a nice kids playground and good cooking/ bbq facilities.

It‘s definitely a recommendation.
