BIG W Midland Gate reviews
44Disappointing. The variety of larger sizes has shrunk considerably, as if every one wears size 8-12 these days. Walked out with nothing.
The staff are always lovely Every time I go in. When something goes wrong they do their best to make sure things are okay and yeh they are just a lovely team
Good variety of stores. Missing Harris Scarfe and a few places remain closed but overall a good shopping experience.
My go-to store for when I am looking for a range of different items for myself, house and garden. Consistently have found high quality items at decent prices here. Often generous specials can be found too! The Midland store is clean, well laid out and staffed with a friendly team.
Their click and collect is brilliant
The staff and service are always outstanding.
Thank you
Good size store with reasonable range of "in stock" products and their pricing is very good. Quite a high proportion of goods I buy here (eg. Jeans) represent excellent value for money.
The mall has many of the major brands under it's roof with loads of parking space. It has a central food court too.
Had a great experience at Big W Midland today. Ordered online. Collected from the pickup point, served by a friendly and efficient lady at the no contact pickup point. Great system from online order to pickup. Everything packed well. 5 star experience.
Clothing choices and calues are grear. But everything else is not so cheap and good qualuty anymore.
Best place in Midland for back to school shopping, wasted hours in the rest of the center looking for basic items, found everything we needed here
I loved this place and I prefer it over other stores definitely. It has all the clothes that you need and much much more! Tedies and I love the check out place because it's nice and modern.
Bargains galore across the store! Good prices, great product ranges, good for books and DVDs among other things!
I needed some help printing off a photo of what I thought was my Grandad, only to find out, after some assistance from the staff member, printing it, choosing and putting it into a frame, that my Mum told me it was 'her' Grandad, so my Great Grandad. A really good photo given it was most likely taken during WW I. The staff member was so polite and helpful. Great variety in this store. Would be nice to work there over the holiday period.
Understand its xmas, but no trollies available to use. You can walk over to Woolworths and get one if you want was the response after asking greeter?
Scanned the normal barcode instead of the clearance one and they couldn't amend it at the counter. Ended up paying full price for a damaged item, ridiculous!
Went to meet up with friends. From South Australia it was too big n noisy for all of us. Won't be going back there in a hurry.
Good prices on all the everyday things you need, but why is the checkout in the middle of the shop? Its called a check-OUT and there is only ever one person there, encouraging you to use selfserve - taking away jobs from people who need them.
I suggest you visit Coles, Woolworths and then Big W if you plan to buy stuff like chocolates and sweets. I came up with some great deals at Big W. It's possible I was lucky once but it doesn't hurt to verify.
Good store but confusing customer service. Did not have the bicycle we wanted except for display but would not sell it. Then trying to chase up if other stores had one we eventually ended up in the fitting room area to talk to someone, strange!
