BIG W Midland Gate

Could not get service quick enough. Only one person on the Tech zone and time taken dealing with another customer. Other staff on the floor but no one jumped in to serve in the tech zone. Gave up and went elsewhere to purchase. Lost my business.

Mandy from the Party section was incredibly helpful to me as I placed a balloon order. Mandy gave me great advise and made me a diagram to help me make a particular decoration that required some shopping at Spotlight.
If you need party decoration advice, I couldn't recommend Mandy any higher. She even gave me the option to pick up the balloon order from Big W's back door so I could get them straight to my car without having to walk them through a busy Midland Gate.

I do like shopping at big w gate. But one that I think Kmart should cater for is the bigger boys that are in school. My boy is a pretty big boy he is in size 18 clothing and big w do not have size 18 in school clothing in the school uniforms section. Big w midland could you please please please think about catering for the bigger boys in the school uniform section.

Only went in for men's shoes, they had a special on some of the shoes.but never had the mumbo ones I was after

On the website stating that they have a certain item in stock but they don’t. The excuse is that apparently a shipment hasn’t arrived and in another store that they cannot update the website.
Not my problem as you’re misleading customers which is in breach of Australian law.
Wont spend another penny in any Big W as it stands for Big Waste of time!

Had cranky Kim on the checkout today. Certainly not a nice experience. I wasn't rude to her and I did not deserve to have her be rude to me. Might be time to maybe retire or have a career change.

Went to take a product back and they would not refund my money I go there all the time even though some of the staff are very unwelcoming to the store I will not be going back there again

Absolutely fantastic experience in Midland Big W. Had everything I needed and at affordable prices too. I fully recommend taking a trip to Midland because I'm pretty sure too that you would find something special to eat if time calls for it

The staff are amazing! I asked to changed my click and collect online layby to a direct to boot due to anxiety and the lady who served me did not hesitate to let me. She was so friendly. Best customer service in my opinion. The man who answered my phone call first was also really friendly. It's nice to have around this time of year especially with everything going on. Thank you so much big w midland

I looked around to purchase a shirt and found the men's section to be quite pricey, so as per usual I decided to see if any boys size 16 shirts would suit for my interview.

I found this awesome shirt but it did not have the price on the rack or the tag, I had to go to a price check machine and found it was a mere $12, which is true value for money.

The store is often well stocked and the staff quite cheery

They are excellent, during the toy sale I had a staff member help me more than she had to, she went through my list with me and got everything for me that I had to get

Always enjoyed BigW for shopping good prices great variety and the clothes last longer than most.

Great customer service. Always have smiles and happy to help all the time. Great place to go and buy your video games as they are cheaper than EB Games (but not like 50 dollars off the price but always cheaper than EB Games). Good place for baby stuff and clothing even getting things for the kitchen.

Always glad there is a Big W close. Staff are friendly, usually find what I'm looking for. Love the party section it's fabulous.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice shopping complex with good parking and toilets. Found what I needed that wasn't available in kmart. Very happy

Love this Big W one stop shop if your doing kids birthday parties managed to get everything I needed! Balloons, pinyata, party games and presents for me young bloke.

Staff are always great apart from the layby/ returns desk. They are always rude and arrogant. They act like you returning/ exchanging or picking up click and collect is a major inconvenience to them. I rather drive to belmont then have to deal with those ladies. Have never had a pleasant experience being served by the two main ladies in that area.

Don't bother online ordering. If the "girls" go home early you won't get anything. All too untrained in their own systems. Good prices for cheap stuff but that's it. Also their manager/owners must have decided they know better then afterpay and have removed the barcode AND QR code for afterpay payments (not supposed to be stopped until end of June minimum as per Afterpay rules/employer details for new afterpay card)
