Bayview Geographe Resort

It was second time stay and both was wonderful! Beautiful air in the morning and lovely walking course around resort. Especially it was surrounded by trees and flowers. I already planning to back to there soon!

Amziiing spot to stay. Very clean and has everything you need for your stay.
Heated pool, laundry facilities, walking distance to the beach and lots more!

Horrible service, the website glitched and booked the wrong date and wouldn't let us chnage the date or refund a cent. There were 3 people looking at the screen. Poor customer service and very rude communication.

Beautiful location - grounds with large shady trees and great access to the beach.

Excellent place to stay for families, but also private and quiet enough for a couples get-away.

Amenities were clean and tidy and room had everything we needed. Staff were informative and friendly.

Although it is about ten minutes drive from the Busselton centre, there are plenty of eating places and general shops for all requirements.

Definitely recommend a stay there.

Perfectly location. Plenty of room between villas so that you didn't feel like you were so close to your neighbours.

Our villa was spacious, well appointed and very clean. We loved our stay.

The grounds a well cared for and once again plenty of room. Access to the beach is great.

Without doubt the best value for holiday money we have experienced. The grounds are beautiful and serene. The indoor swimming pool is a delight and a beautiful sheltered beach is literally just outside the fence. The facilities were very clean. The beds were comfortable. EVERY staff member we met was helpful, happy and friendly. We could not recommend Bayview too highly. Best holiday experience and value for money we have had.

Easy check in - friendly staff, great location - quiet and secluded, good quality accomodation amongst peppermint trees with direct beach access, not too far from town

Rooms a bit dated but very comfortable and clean bed very comfy lovely shady resort indoor heated pool tennis court lots of play equipment for kids staff are lovely the location is superb.

The air-conditioning did not work and made a horrible noise all night and it was a hot night so no sleep. The blinds didn't cover the widow near the door so it let alot of light in.

My review today is about loyalty and how it is treated. We have been coming to this hotel for well over ten years and stayed for longer then a week at a time. We have stayed with them throughout the inconvenienced of works and improvements and have brought other customers in. The indifference shown by the staff member today when our conversation ended with ' you have lost a customer' was remarkable. Normally staff are amazing here. I was not referred to a senior staff member when I asked. As our custom has been year after year, we wanted to rebook for the following year only to be confronted with higher rates for not prepaying and been told to go online because that is the only place you can access member rates etc. The last two years our loyalty was rewarded with bookings with flexible payment options and great customer service. We would like to return and are hopeful that hotel management will intervene as they have indicated on previous reviews that they value loyalty.

Had a very pleasant stay, room was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. Check-in was fast friendly and efficient, plus we got to check-in earlier, which was very convenient.
Only downside was the restaurant, spent $100 on meals neither of us could eat, not even half finish.
Would definitely return to stay, not eat.

Good location for a family holiday. The complex is well maintained in a great area of Busselton.
We were disappointed the onsite Cafe has now closed and the heated pool temperature was very cool. The WiFi was insufficient to watch a movie on the smart TV. We stayed in a 3 x 3 villa which was very roomy and had all we required for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, thank you.

I booked for a group of 25 ladies to share 5 villas for 5 nights. Lynne made the whole process work like clockwork from initial booking to checking in. The villas had the best configuration with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and plenty of room to move. I requested the villas be located near each other which they were so we could socialise easily and our evening sundowners at each villa were perfect. A midweek clean and refresh of towels and linen was unexpected and very welcome. The location on the beach, close to cafes, and amongst shady trees is perfect and the pool area is lovely. We had a great time and will be back…. Thank you.

We come as several families, and appreciated being clustered close to each dwelling. The kids love the freedom of being able to ride bikes around with safety.
There needs to be more information in dwellings as to how to use TV's and DVD's etc. Kids hired DVD's and neither of units were able to play them.
The Wi Fi is non existent so to have access on phones and TV was very frustrating. As my daughters run businesses they needed access even while on holidays, but this was very problematic. This day and age, this shouldn't be a problem, especially when you advertise Wi Fi coverage available. Hope you can remedy this as we would like to come again, but this aspect is the problem.
Also miss the outdoor pool and Spinakers.

I wish I could rate this resort more stars! I absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely be back. Beautiful, well maintained park and facilities, heated pool, two seconds from the beach and amazing scenery. Lots of friendly animals within the resort like bunnies, birds ducks and possums as well!

Staff are so friendly and attentive, the room is clean and tidy with free coffee, tea, milk, and sugar. The room is also well equipped with a TV, microwave, fridge, plates, cutlery, glasses/mugs, a clothing rack, ironing board and coat hangers.

I honestly couldnt of asked for a better experience and I look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed in a 3 brm chalet. Each brm had it's own lockable outside door, so we could come and go without disturbing our friends. Each bedroom had a fridge, TV and ensuite. The chalets are scattered throughout the manicured gardens. Walk to the beach, enclosed heated pool, tennis, beach volleyball count, nature playground. It was fabulous.

Very clean and the room had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
