Spa leaked, pillows are old and need replacing, glass sliding door rollers need replacing, unless you lift weights you could not open glass sliding door to access back court yard.
Step up to bed is ridiculous and caused me and my family to trip, Hazzard.
Pool is dirty with scum dark brown ring around top of pool.

We love Bayview and this is our 14th year in a row with the family (2 adults & 3 kids - now all teenagers). It’s our much loved summer holiday home away from home. Even in the busy season it never feels crowded and the abundance of mature trees around the property adds to the relaxing feel. Every afternoon we walk to the beautiful beach (maybe 200m) and then have a dip in the pool on the way back. Rooms are really clean, spacious and week appointed. We love it!

I love it here been coming here for work and remember holidays here as a kid. Cheap rooms, clean and friendly staff. They always leave a letter and wine on my return. I only stay here when in town unless booked out.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which included one bathroom, lounge, dinning area, and a kitchen. The washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom as well. The villa was clean and spacious. The carpets looked a bit old and probably need changing soon, but it was clean! We probably would have preferred two bathrooms. There are a lot of activities to keep kids busy and happy - indoor pool, tennis court, beach, play area, etc.

Although there's a bit problem about the room we have, the reception staff manage to to move us to different room & we got a bottle of red wine for compliment. Our room is new renovated & clean. Will be nice the house keeping clean our room when we back from sight seeing & tired. Most of the hotel facilities are very nice, many sport activities venue & heated swimming pool also walk to beach.

A great place to stay. The room was amazing and the facilities are great. Location is nice just near the beach and the heated pool is good. Nice spa bath in the room as well!

Great holiday for big family group from WA and UK. Good location, lovely surroundings and accommodation. Back when we can make it.

Cosy room in a secluded little area. Trees on all sides helped the secluded resort feel. Heated swimming pool was a highlight. Was perfect for our little getaway

Parking can be an issue, no specific space allocated so first in gets a spot.
Screaming kids next door spoiled the experience. Called a/h number but no response.

Easy booking, good sized room, very clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and good size. Great location to explore local areas. Walks, wineries, brewery's, plenty restaurants, close by. Staff friendly

Great sized bed (king size). Clean Room with a spa bath in the bathroom. Lots of amenities on site like tennis courts, mini golf, swimming pool, beach volleyball court. All this backs on to the beach which is great for shallow paddling, beach fishing, and watching the sun set in the evenings. Great location for everyone from families with children to couples on a romantic weekend away.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and shown appreciation for being returning guests. The location is excellent and I would recommend it for those who love peacefull environment. The only thing that is a bit inconvinient is that the restoran was closed. Keep on doing great job.

Clean, cosy, roomy, quiet, warm, with every needful thing provided for our comfort. Plenty outdoor activities to enjoy and easy access to the beach. Busselton is a beautiful coastal town and I would definitely recommend and return.

Could not be happier!

Family of 6 we stayed in the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa that came with a TV in each room, Internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ironing boards, it met our every needs. The indoor pool was lovely and great how it was so close to the beach! Resort provided a lot of entertainment like mini golf, restaurant, tennis and beach volleyball.

Only thing I would have to give feedback on was maybe adding a carpet into the main living area to warm it up, but that’s picking it down to the bone.

It was very close to the main area of Busselton and a short beach walk to a pub nearby.

We will definitely be back, thank you for your hospitality!

We were amazed with the accommodation, it was
perfect for our family stay in Busselton. We really love the property, it was clean, tidy and quiet. The best part is how close is the beach, just few minutes walk and you can visit the beach.

We stayed here a few years ago and decided to give it another go as the Mandalay was fully booked

Background we travel with 3 young kids

Years ago the internet here was appalling and nothing has changed and you get the same answer now as we did years ago “we are in the middle of upgrading”

To summarise our feedback we consider this place as 4 walls and a pool

Why?
The only thing for the kids to do is the pool and a tiny playground

The restaurant is closed and because of Covid we understand but do what the Mandalay do get some food trucks to come in at minimum a coffee truck it’s not hard!

We are here during the Easter school holidays and there is nothing extra to support the huge $2500 price tag for our 5 night stay

No games room for the kids
No internet
No extra kids entertainment (Mandalay are putting on kids outdoor movies with food trucks)

And for the love of all things holy
I gave you feedback on this years ago and I’m going to say it again to cook bacon you need a non stick pan (NOT STAINLESS STEEL) $10 at Kmart come on!

For the price we just expected more

We can't complain. We come here for our anniversary every year in May. Dont use the pool as weather doesn't permit. Everything nice and clean. Very quiet resort.

Stayed for two nights after spending four nights being spoiled at the Aqua Resort. Probably should have done it the other way around.
Our stand alone villa was very clean throughout, with a small fridge and kitchen area and a very good TV.
We don't particularly like enclosed swimming pools, (which is located not far from the beach) but the kids using it seemed very happy.
It has a good beachfront area, but be careful when crossing the path from the resort to beach. Lots of bike nuts flying along the pathway.
Was bit of a distance between our car parking spot to our villa door. Wouldn't be much fun if pouring with rain, trying to load and unload the car. There are villas closer to parking spots, so perhaps request these when booking.
Overall a fairly nice place to stay.

Amazing place, immaculate and clean, well set out and the most amazing staff, from the moment we phone to make a booking and until we left we were very impressed
