If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely rude store owner who has no customer service knowledge. Plenty of other Baskin Robbins around. I won’t be going back to this one

Literally drive somewhere else! Rudest owner or manager, simply asked to change the size of my one scoop cup to a takeaway container so she would make more money and instead she charges me for both and yells at me humiliating my in the store full of people so instead of a me trying to change my $5.50 scoop into a $12.50 takeaway container she charges me $18.50 which is even more than the two combined I don't know how I didn't catch that, was probably wanting to get out of there asap since she was so rude. Also a filthy location, disgusting for Baskin Robbin standards.

Worst Baskins I’ve ever been to. Super stingy on scoop size, asked and paid for larger scoops and still I received the same small scoops. Drive further to find a different franchise. Avoid this one.

Absolutely amazing service! The staff were very nice to me, and could obviously see that i was struggling to make a choice, so they offered me a taster. The ice cream was creamy and delicious 5/5 stars, i will be recommending this store to my friends.

Manager woman very rude to my daughter, she politely asked a question about tasting. I’ve had bad service a few time here we will not be going again.

The most expensive I've cream ever. 20 dollars for 2 small scoops same amount that you pay in San Marco square in Venice! Ice cream tastes artificial. I was charged 2 dollars more as my kids asked for an extra topping without telling me that before and the topping was a couple of small marshmallows and 3 sprinkles. Go to the nextdoor MacDonald and you have a better treatment, price and quantity. I am Italian so I quite know about icecreams!

Staff didn't sanitize her hands before scooping ice cream. Probably she should wear a mask when ice freezer is opened up regardless if there is any pandemic, just part if hygiene when talking with lid opened. Surely some droplets from her talking made its way to the ice cream tubs.

Never a drama, I mean, who doesn’t like ice cream? ! They have a plethora of flavour choices, and friendly staff

Icecream in spring. Baskin Robbins is always a once a season treat. This franchise offers the standard that I'd expect. As usual though, the price of their serves makes this a rare treat. Why is it they have 1000 flavors just I always settle on rum n rasin? Friend had an ice-cream cake from here and it was delicious.

A Fantastic, Friendly, Family owned and operated Business. The owner is a Pleasure to deal with, as are the staff who are Friendly and Courteous.
The store has a Wonderful selection of different flavoured Ice Creams, and the selection is Huge, without compromising the taste or quality.
I Highly recommend the Baskin-Robbins O'Connor Store. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed, and I guarantee you'll be back.

Disappointed with this place. I've been a few times to grab a hokey pokey shake/thickshake, which I regularly get at the Whitfords store near me, and it ends up tasting more like milk than icecream. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but 3 times it ended up completely underwhelming. What is usually a rich, sweet flavor just ends up like a glass of milk.

Definitely not as generous with the scoops as Whitfords and I even saw them adding ice for some reason? Strange to have such a different outcome when they are supposed to be using the same recipe.

Real shame.

I'm sure the ice cream is still delicious though, just not a good place for shakes.

Absolutely love their selection of Icecreams. Great quality product. Very lovely staff. Offers free tasting. Reasonably priced.

stingy with their scoops. Hollow on the inside. Always have been a big fan of the Baskin Robin's waffle cones and often go get their ice cream just to eat their cones, however this store's waffle cone was a big disappointment. It tasted stale and cheap.

Nice icrecream and a big array of super sweet flavours. Better to take away, a bit of an uninspiring place to sit.

Used to love this place but after the new manager took control I feel like i'm being ripped of with half empty tubs.

Never have I received such poor service in my life, from the minute my girlfriend and I walked in the only staff member working at the time (9: 10pm) 50 minuets before closing and was completely rude to us, we asked if we could sit and eat our ice cream even though the chairs had already been packed away and she said we can but the shop closes at 9: 30pm, but the website said closes at 10? She then served 3 people before us but we were there before them all meanwhile as serving the customers listening to music with one headphone in her ear unable to hear the orders. It then came around to our turn to be served, we told the lady what we wanted and half way through making our order she turned the shop lights off? Obviously we were not wanted nor did it look like we were able to sit and eat our ice cream. I’m in such shock that someone could care so little about their job and customers, we would 100% not be coming be here nor would be recommend it to anyone. The night ended up being much better as we went into McDonald’s down the street, where we got amazing customer service and even better ice cream:)

The ice-cream was excellent, but more important, the lady working there on wednesday night made myself and my group of friends feel at home.

The different flavors offered at Baskin Robbins makes us keep going back again and again.
The sundaes are great and the ice coffee made with your choice ice cream is simply divine.

Great ice-cream, obviously! No ambience, no welcoming environment in which to enjoy the multiple tasty flavours.
