Checked out how busy it was I said busier than usual got there there was three of bought an ice cream with two scoops and a cup with $31.50 and then a man and daughter walked in he had two scoops and daughter had a unicorn $17 I just come to realise there is no prices think the owner just makes up prices as she wishes to no good place never again zero rating

If you want to be served by a rude lady then go to this store. She was making a cake and did not attend us straight away. When I asked something she replied in a rude manner.

Rudest store owner Ever! This lady has no idea of people skills and should not be allowed near children never mind owning an ice cream shop. Just look at the amount of negative reviews relating to her personally. Time to clean your filthy store or perhaps get a new job.

3 weeks ago it was 9 45 and the girl told me she wasn’t serving anymore but they supposed to close at 10. I mean do they actually close at 10 and you can still make an order or was she just lazy and started cleaning earlier? Baskin n robins in south street

Went in a little scared to use a discount but the lady was very nice about it. Very reliable and quick!

Would definitely not recommend this place. The advertised price for the sunday we ordered was $10.90 when it came time to pay we were told it $13.90, when we questioned this they told that they have not updated the board yet, and when we questioned it further we were told by the staff that Baskin Robbins in a scam and people that come there deserve to be ripped off. I was a bit taken back by this response and I asked for the girl's name, but she refused.

Owner of this store is just plain rude. She berated junior staff in front of customers because they put regular sized scoops into a sundae instead of kid-sized scoops. She then took over serving, stuffed it all up and blamed the new staff member. They are constantly advertising for staff, and I assume the lack of retention is because this woman is just horrible. She quite obviously cuts sizes to save money, and can’t even be bothered getting off the phone when she serves people (or yells at her staff). I check to see if she’s there now before going in because it is so much more pleasant without her, but unfortunately she hides out the back and pops out to yell at her staff.

Paid $24 for 2 thick shakes and I got milkshakes that weren’t even filled up.ok customer service but definitely wont be returning.

Eveytime I order using Uber eats or Door Dash, my order is wrong and half melted. In addition, whenever I have ordered in store I am met with very young staff members who are left to their own devices without proper supervision and are not trained properly. I feel sorry for the team who work at this store, they clearly need some training and guidance and their manager (who I am assuming is the rude older female woman) speaks awfully to patrons and her staff.

Very bad service, low cleanliness standards. They get used spoons out of the BIN and clean them and reuse them.horrible, do not go here.

Great customer service the reviews are bad however some of the reviews are from 7 or 8 months ago the newest employees are extremely nice I definitely recommend

Decent shop, but don't come late. They often close before their stated time. Really frustrating. Guys, if you want to close early, just change your hours.

Horrible and rude customer service from the owner of the store. Just queried about cake options and the owner was extremely rude and lashed out at us while blaming the rail lines. Would not come back here again!

Will never shop at a place that won’t say hello to people when they walk in. Also won’t shop at place that openly advertises looking for young workers 12-17 which is very sus and cheap if there cheaping on stuff there cheaping on everything else cleaning, service etc

My kids love this place but we won’t be coming back. Very rude lady who gave my children the hurry up when deciding what they wanted. Was not a pleasant experience

I went here with my friend and she was a recent employee but when we ordered we weren’t treated like a costumer I never worked at the store and was wowed about how she for treated we got a chocolate thick shake it tasted like pure. Syrup and to add more milk got chargers a $1 the 2 boys were just laughing and talking about my friend and before we got served I heard him saying out of a lot of ice creams.when I asked to add extra milk to my shake to reblend he slammed it down on the table and went everywhere she was. Upset just because she worked there before doesn’t mean we BOTH DONT GET GOOD SERVICE

We had the most attentive lady at the shop today! Lucy was so nice and she made sure we took our time to taste the different flavours. Her customer service skills were great and we had a really nice time and delicious icecreams.

Untrained staff doesn’t know how to make shake so it was high price with zero quality
And i had to spill shake into the bin in their store

Sign saying now hiring, perhaps you have issues keeping staff if the woman that was there tonight, is there all the time. Young kid served us and was obviously new, the way she spoke to him was disgusting, especially infront of customers. Won't be going back. If you want new staff, maybe start with getting rid of her and hiring someone who treats newbies with a bit of respect. We all have to start somewhere.
