I don't think it's worth waiting in line to eat, but it's worth trying at least once!

For me, the best Chinese cuisine in Perth, I ordered seaweed soup w dried shrimp and Pork & Prawn Wonton In Spice Peanut Sauce.

OMG so delicious, I have never tried this taste anywhere. It's so good, really recommended for everyone. I will come back to try other dishes

Good food, complimentary hot tea and fun robots! The spicy peanut sauce prawn and pork wontons are the best! The dumpling wrappers were a little dry which was the only minor thing I didn't like, but overall a great place to eat.

Gets busy at dinner time, get there early to avoid the queue.

Omg! The beef brisket is to die for! #Authenticbitesdumplinghouse. The meat is generous, chunky & succulent, noodles distinctly smooth & buttery & the broth hearty & flavoursome! I was tasting this for hours afterwards

Delicious dumplings, would def recommend the spicy peanut sauce dumplings!
They can get quite busy so wait time to sit or get food can be a while.

The noodle soups lack the flavour and presentation. It needs to add more instead of just cabbage leaves and plain soup. The customer service is not really what you might expect. Everyone just stands and make the robot serves for them. It needs human interaction. It seems to me like the robot has more customer service than the waiting staff themselves.

Unfortunately the Karrinyup branch doesn’t match its northbridge counterpart. The food is definitely not on par and disappointing. The squid tentacles batter is soft and not crispy at all but rather soggy and tough. Dumpling and shu ma were all very bland in taste.
Considering the quality and taste of the dishes, the prices were way above of what they are worth but I can understand rent staffing etc however not for the food quality. I would rate this average at best.
I am a local and love to support local businesses especially when I had good experience at the Northbridge branch. Unfortunately I have to say that I probably won’t be coming back.

I have ordered from this place plenty of times, the last few times though, they have been giving less and less sauce for the pork and prawn wonton in spicy sauce. The last time I asked them to put more, they charged me 1$ extra, but I didn't get any extra sauce.

Their wonton noodle soup and pork spare rib noodle soup are on the bland side, but thats what I like as I can add my condiments eg sauce, chilli etc to my noodle soup. Wonton tasted great so was the pork spare rib. The must try is def their hot and spicy dumplings. I always order this when I dine here. Service was quick and sufficient. Pricing is decent.

The food was adequate but the staff need to show more understanding and common sense when serving on a busy night.the customer service was quite poor and i would not recommend this place on a busy night.they forced the food, pushing customers out so quickly and fans were turned off when we were clearly still eating.i am extremely disappointed and would certainly not be coming back here.

Never tried soup dumplings so my friend brought me here. My life has been changed forever!

Also they have a robot that delivers your food to the table and it's SO POLITE and adorable!

Transported back to Hong Kong with great flavours in the pork and prawn wonton with house made sauce that was a spicy satay and left you wanting more! Excellent value 12 wonton, 6 dumpling and 3 pork buns with 2 drinks for $37. Great lunch for two

Been going here for 5 years, and the establishment continues to wow me with the quality of their dumplings. Suggest coming in non-peak times to avoid the lines. The automated service robot is a cool new touch.

8 months ago it was nice and the standard quality of dumplings has drop dramatically and is not as morish as before. Usually therre is a long line outside but today there wasn’t (24/1/22). Totally dissapointed in the Ingredients and consistency has drop and cut back. Maybe a change of chef or we came on the wrong day. Perhaps is due to covid and rise in cost too. I rather eat Diana chan dumplings. We wouldn’t go back.

Very nice pork and kimchi dumplings. When I ordered a dozen for takeaway they gave me multiple extra!

A great dumpling spot in Perth! Often a queue to get a table but always worth the wait. Xiao Long Bao is our favourite but you can't really go wrong. Quick service and great quality food.
