Training course and trainer were first rate. Belmont Sports Club was horrible. Freezing cold and we were unable to change the temperature of the AC. Ridiculous. Was freezing for the entire four hours of the course.

Pamela is the best trainer I have ever had. I have worked in multiple industries and attended many workshops. Pamelas teaching is very professional and efficient. Highly recommend first aid if the course is conducted by Pamela.

Our presenter today (6/10/20), Justine had great experience to share with us all. She made the practical fun & exciting with enthusiastic scenarios that we had to carry out during CPR. She was clear & easy to understand. I would have liked a hard copy of the manual to help consolidate the information & recommend AustWide look into that. The location was great with large class rooms. Social distancing measures were in place, however it still worked well. I feel more confident to use both First Aid & CPR at work & home. Have dealt with this business over the last month as bookings for first aid courses have been difficult to come by. What a horrible experience it's been. The online content rarely works and the portal is a nightmare to navigate. The call centre is even less helpfull than the online platform. Have had multiple staff turned away from practical component because of these shortfalls. Highly recommend avoiding this business.

I have been training and retraining with Australia Wide First Aid in Belmont for a few years, the staff are friendly, professional and most all very knowledgeable.

My class trainer Vicky is amazing at her job! She made the course very enjoyable with her enthusiasm and she was very inspiring with her personal experiences. The way she delivers the class makes the training very easy to remember. I’d recommend Australia Wide First Aid training to anybody and an 11/10 service for Vicky!

I was doing a refresher of CPR, and even though I'd done it before, the new instructor explained why CPR is so important and what its function was better than when i had initially done my course. Would highly recommend her.
