Only disappointing thing was they should have put on tea and coffee and bikies lol

The training was worth attending and learnt a lot from the session. It is very important to know the basics of first aid.

It was great to meet Vicky as a trainer. She is amazing at delivering and demonstrating. Very entertaining, informative, knowledgeable, experienced, I really love her story telling related to first aid. It was my 1st first aid training and no regret choosing this place. Will definitely come back to this place.

Our presenter was engaging, informative, encouraging and full of practical experience to learn from. I came away from this course having learnt more than I have from other First Aid courses with other companies. Highly recommended.

Thought the trainer needed a bit more experience. She also focued her attention to one person in the room who hadn't done first aid before unlike the rest who were refreshing.

Overall, the process from booking, payment, e learning, attending the course today at Belmont was seamless. My experience with AWFA was totally positive. “Amazing” Grace, our instructor, was thorough throughout the session and supported our learning, by giving clear instructions, following up with demonstrations, encouraging us to ask questions and gave us time to practice our life saving skills before we were assessed. Thank you for your time and professionalism.

Trainer Vicky is excellent, her training knowledge and experience very rich and super in-line with my working environments. So many new things that I learned from her got me to realize how important this training to equip me and others while we encounter the injuries and incidents happen. Big Thanks to Vicky:)

I attended a First Aid course at Belmont today, the trainer Vicky was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, interactive and made the training session fun!

Appreciation for ‘Grace’ as our trainer to whom I met her today at Belmont centre.she was teaching and demonstrated us professionally but very polite with everyone so everyone can understand and learn all the contents and topics in practical assessments. She has given sufficient time to all to complete our assessment and repeat the content if needed. Communication was fabulous with her. She has given individual feedback us nicely and answered to our concerns.
I would like to say Thank you and highly recommended for future trainings.

Well presented and informative. Pamela who took our class was great, and ensured everyone understood the modules.

The trainer was very knowledgeable, great for a refresher course. Not particularly strict about getting CPR correct though. Also the mannequins could use a good scrub, especially the baby ones.bit yuck!

I like the fact we all were able to practice CPR, I feel more confident of my knowledge about CPR. Thank you.

I completed the course today with Vicky. Wow. What an amazing person and teacher! Her teaching style seemed to match everyone's learning styles so we got through the day woth ease and I found it really enjoyable. It's amazing how she can make learning about such stressful and alarming situations easy to follow and so much fun! Can't wait to go back next year to renew my CPR. Hopefully with Vicky again!
