Australia Wide First Aid

It was a very good and useful training and also helped me gain a lot tips, it strengthened my knowledge and overall everything was demonstrated clear and professionally.

It was amazing. Nice instructor explain very clearly. Step by step she explain everything. I don't have first aid course before. I know about first aid now.she is very kind and friendly if you don't understand she explain again and again.it was very nice day.

Obviously few things due to covid couldn't be as good pract wise but very well explained and instructed.

Enjoyable presentation and down to earth. Pace was perfect with ample opportunities for questions & interation. Presenter highly qualified.
Would be 5 stars except for the folliowng:
Online stated must have closed shoes, no onsite parking encourage public transport, and bring evidence of prior online completion.
Actually plenty of onsite parking so wasted an hour plus of travel time including 1.2km walk, 2 of 8 participants had sandles, told prior online learning registered in system so didn't need to evidence.
Venue had constant kingerkarten kids running and screaming along adjancent corridor. A little distracting, but not a game changer.

This course was quite quick and the info was minimal. Ok if you just want to get the tick in the box for employment. I wouldn't recommend doing this course if you are wanting to gain any great skills. The course had no parking, no desks, no hand outs and not many class interactions for the course. Half of the course was done the day before on your lap top in your own time. This course was run in a small room in a community centre linked to a day care.

The self-directed learning of theory was supported by the practical. The practical session was delivered so clearly and professionally. This instructor, particularly, was excellent - the best first aid instructor I have had in my many years and experience of first aid courses. Feel very confident and comfortable with my skills. Thank you.

Have completed several courses and refreshers with Australia Wide First Aid. I have always found their presenters to be well experienced, to the point and extremely professional.
Venues are always suitable and convenient.

I have to do my CPR/BLS as an annual event. I have been to some of the worlds most uninspiring, classes! This was fantastic, from the booking and admin process, of seamlessly changing dates, to the online learning, and finally the all important facilitator, that had not only lived this, but was able to deliver it professionally with a few appropriate anecdotes included!

A very professional and knowledgeable instructor. All necessary parts covered and delivered in reasonable time.

Waste of time and money. The fact that it only takes four hours in the class to do an 8 hours course says it all. The online portal does not work properly several students were turned away from their class on the day because they couldnt finish the online portion. Trying to contact them to resolve this was a nightmare

I just completed my CPR course with Australia Wide First Aid.
The course was professionally run and presented in a way which made the learning both an informative and enjoyable experience.
