Instructor, Grace, was approachable and excellent at delivering learning content whilst still being meticulous. I like that the instructor actually interacted with the group rather than talking at us for the whole session which you don’t find much these days

2nd time going to Nick at Subiaco. Very informative and helpful. Has a great sense of humour and is willing to help anyone if needed. Thank you. Will book again.

I’ve learned a lot from the first aid training. I’m very thankful to the trainer and as well as with my classmates.

Course was very skilfully presented, clearly and carefully articulated, and very well organised, by presenter who knew her subject in depth. Answered questions thoroughly. Great there, but downsides: _too many in the room, the fault of the mob who run the course, not the presenter's fault, so she in my view could not thoroughly assess each individual's techniques and understandings.
But biggest downside was venue: a ghastly unhealthy room with no opening windows, no ventilation unless the door was opened, but when door opened a lot of disruptive noise from the adjacent gym for children. And horror! No place to make a coffee before the class, or at the break after CPR. The only possible caffeine relief was a commercial drink dispenser machine for coke etc but it did not work, and the gym operator instead of taking some care to even look at it and rectify it simply said there was a phone number on the machine to phone.i. E.throw the monkey onto my shoulders- not at all acceptable.
Minor criticism: first aid book manual supplied online digitally should be able to be purchased as a hard copy so it could be referenced in the best good old fashioned way on a shelf in the workplace.
So in summary skilled presenter, too many people, poor venue, manual should be as hard copy if needed.

I received hands-on First Aid training. The facilitator was extremely knowledgeable and had years of hands-on experience. I learned how to perform CPR on an adult or a child, as well as how to administer First Aid in a variety of situations ranging from bites to amputation. Every skill learned could one day save a life.

This course comes highly recommended by me.

Very sensible & practical session.
Love it when you can take away some new info from a session you do every year. Thanks Justine

It was a very informative and helpful training. I have completed a number of First Aid trying in a different place, but the session today was 100% better, as I learnt a lot of new things. The facilitator was very good and added some recourses for us to understand and learn. Nick is the best trainer I have ever met.

Absolutely wonderful, the trainer was kind enough to take time to ask questions, double-checked to make sure everyone was ready, and provided clear, sincere, concise feedback after evaluating our performance.

Everything was straightforward and clear. The environment was cosy and the trainer was incredibly friendly.

Would absolutely come back just for her!

This was the best first aid course I have been on. The trainer's delivery was so clear, concise, informative and intelligent that I came away not just having ticked the box that my employment requires, but actually understanding what I was supposed to be achieving in a life-threatening emergency, in what order of priority, and why. I came away realising that a) I could make a difference in a situation like that, b) I knew how to do that, and c) that I was sufficiently confident of my training that I would be able step forward and do something. So that is a success. It has also encouraged me to find out more about first aid, and to keep on learning about it in addition to the annual refresher courses. Very good. And it is about the person delivering the training as much as the content. She was excellent.

This was my first First Aid training. Good communication before the training day. Preparation materials and all reminders sent to keep focused and prepared. Great presenter, all clear and practical. We went above and beyond. Everyone in our group was engaged, all questions covered and necessaty skills learned and trained. Thanks.

Great instruction and feedback provided. Spoke from experience and provided a lot of industry examples. Great length and quality supplies/equipment for the size of the group (great amount of people).

Vicky was a fun and interactive trainer. She kept the class engaged and enthusiastic as she powered through the content to ensure everyone finished on time. Vicky also allowed ample time for questions and to help those who needed it. The venue was great with plenty of parking - also had food and drinks available on a Saturday too (not sure if that's open all the time). Highly recommend

The self-directed learning of theory was supported by the practical. The practical session was delivered so clearly and professionally. This instructor, particularly, was excellent - the best first aid instructor I have had in my many years and experience of first aid courses. Feel very confident and comfortable with my skills. Thank you.
And very informative technics
Many thanks
