I work at Auscare as a Nurse and I’m really enjoying it & I’m happy to be part of the Team. The Shifts are flexible and you can pick them through an App. The Management Team is very supportive & they also have good Customer Service. They also continuously monitor and evaluate their staff to ensure that they maintain their suitability by seeking improvements through trainings. All of the Instructors at Auscare are well qualified and experienced. I highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Professional management of Nursing Agency workers and a user friendly app for agency staff to maintain contact with Auscare and keep track of shifts and time sheets. Its been a great experience.

I am changing from Auscare to another provider after 8months of total dissatisfaction and very poor customer service.
Messages are never acknowledged or responded to. Communication is appalling. Many of those providing transport are using their private vehicles that are filthy!
It is evident that the support workers have little training and are unable to perform simple tasks or need to be micromanaged.
So disappointing and a total waste of my NDIS funding!

Such a bad company to work for! Very selfish and just wants profits! Will never recommend this place. Always promises services they dont deliver and not even a single call! Stupid idiotzzz! Id rather work for a reputable company

Terrible provider. Dont give them your business! My wife paid thousands for a course only to be told 12 months after completion that the certifate is invalid because THEY didnt take proper records/evidence for the regulator! On top of that they arrogantly "require" my wife to work several unpaid shifts so they can complete the "gap assessment" that they failed to do the first time around - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. STAY AWAY from this mob!

I was injured being the "model" for hoist training. Not enough trainers to supervise various levels of competency. Staff saw my injury, never offered a refund or an apology when I mentioned it to management. Would highly recommend going anywhere else for training!

Fantastic CPR class. Very real experiences of very witty instructor delivered in a style that made training flow and kept all students 100% in touch. Loved it. Great company to work for.

The most useless school i have ever went to.they will not even accept you in their company if you dont have experience #evenifuhaveacertificatefromauscare.i dont recommend anyone to study in auscare

Does not produce your certificate on the day. You will need to reattend when the director gets arround to doing it.
