Kirsty, is the best recruiter I have ever experienced. Taking you through the process, follow ups and guidance.
The Receptionist at the Orrong offices is so welcoming.

Our trainer minny (ankita verma) was so good, she was so knowledgeable and taught us really well, she was very cooperative and a wonderful human being too.

I have been working as a AIN with Auscare since 2010. The trainers, recruiters and the directors (Tony & Veronicah) have always been professional, friendly, kind, & considerate. In my experience, Auscare is a great agency to work for.

Work on your staff, very unpleasant, zero communication skills, always turn up late. Do not acknowledge that nor inform they are coming late. Walk in as if they are entitled to be late.
If there was a zero star I would rate zero

Trying to enrol in a course through was a nightmare! A lot of mucking around, emails and phone calls to them to get it sorted.

I eventually got enrolled and started doing the written assesments till I realised I did not have all the information books through the portal. I called Auscare to ask for information about what I had to do and for the resourses of information books and the lady was very rude to me on the phone but I eventually got them emailed to me.

I attended the Practical in class assignment to only find out that I was missing a more information books and couldnt finish the course. Ann was lovely and was very helpful and showed us the powerpoint that we missed. I got told that I had passed and that certs were going to be sent.

A week passed and I called up to only find out that I had more written assesments to do that wasnt on the portal previously even after I asked the rude lady on the phone previously what I had to do. I finished all the written work and got marked as a pass. Another week passed and I had not recieved my Certificate.

I called for the lady on the phone just to sit down and send it to me even though it had all been done a week prior.

Over all, the staff have poor communication, have no idea what is going on, not prepared and most of the staff are just plain rude. I have had co-workers have the issues as I did. Very unprofesional. I will not be recommending anyone through Auscare.

This organisation does not care about anybody but themselves. They choose if you deserve to be paid or not for a shift u turned up for, only to be cancelled when you r already in the shift. Complete nightmare. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless really really desperate. They decide if a shift is AM or PM & will pay you for AM shift even if u started at 5pm. I have worked for an agency before but trust me, this one is the worst based on my experience. And communication is appalling, there is no communication what so ever. No replying to emails. They need to learn basic business courtesy. They deserve negative stars. I have never seen such a company, not Organisation because an organisation is organised, they r just a company.

Get support services from auscare and they are awesome. The office staff are very easy to work with in regards to issues and always get back to you in a timely manner

Unprofessional recruiters. Noreen, was so rude despite having experience and all the credentials she made the process rough and uncomfortable. After a CV has been approved and all credentials have been sent, we have a right as care givers to know if there is an issue with credentials and we definitely don’t deserve to be pushed around. I was quite disappointed other than that Auscare is such a great place to work and the management is improving the quality of service day in day out.

Auscare Group is professional organisation with professional staff members. I had a good experience working with them. I recommend anyone who might want to work with them to go for it.

In June 2021 I tried to reach out to Auscare in different ways to reschedule the Manual Handling training course which I had already fully paid.
It was very last-minute so I called them and was sent from one person to the next. At some point I was told that the person I had to speak to in regards to my request wasn't available and that this particular person would give me a call back once available. I'm still waiting for that call.

A few hours later I reached out to Auscare via email - again, I never received an answer.until the end of July 2021 when I was asked to provide feedback via an online survey.
I provided my feedback and have only just received an answer today - in the beginning of September.
It took Auscare almost 3 months to finally reach out to me.
"UPDATE: It's mid October and it's been more than one month since I've sent a reply to their September message (literally sent them an answer the day they reached out to me) and I still haven't heard back about the refund they tried to offer. Completely unorganised and unprofessional! "

Course never completed. Money gone. Left extremely disappointed.

Due to my personal experience, I would not recommend Auscare as a training organisation to anyone.

Managed to get the best first aid, cpr and manual handling training at Auscare. Excellent trainers and extra ordinary service from the people at Auscare. I highly recommend!

Arrived at the facility for the manual handling course only to be told that the course had been cancelled that morning. I didn’t receive an email or any form of communication to say that it had been cancelled. So after an hour of commute it was very disappointing to be turned away.

Also their pre-learning is poorly worded and confusing making it difficult to get the 100% pass that is required to attend.

Don’t bother with this organisation, there’s probably better training options out there.
