As a client of at work Austarlia i want it to say that Mak Gobena is the best ever work provider I've come across, words can not discribe how good she is at her job and how anderstanding, compasionate and very empathetic she is and how hard she tries to help me find a job and anderstand my circumstances. If I could I'll give her 10 stars i would. And i have seen quete a few in the past and have come acroos some really nusty once i wish i remembered the name of the last one i saw cse he should not work with people who have mental disability no compesion or empaty whatsoever. Keep it up Mek.

Many thanks to my JS provider Mek, who has been working with me for a long time. Her patience and positive disposition has been greatly appreciated. I now have the opportunity thru Centacare to maybe update Microsoft/Excel skills which will be helpful to get me back to office skills after many years. Thank you Mek!

I've been with them for a long time before finding work, and I found the staff understanding and willing to work with my barriers. I think they're one of the better job providers out there.

I just don't like the fact that you do the right thing by letting them know you have found employment and when you start as well as leave messages for your case worker to call back, and none calls and you get appointments made for you when you are actually working considering they know the times you work
I won't be going back to them in the future

This place is a joke refer you to unsuitable work then threaten to cut you off if you don't commence. If you feel your uncomfortable just report it to Centrelink and ask for transfer. No questions asked. Don't let them think they own you.

Been waiting 40min with 4 other people waiting for same time while atwork have a meeting and hear them laughing.

Not only has my daughter noticed the toxic environment throughout this office everyone looks miserable, you're meant to like your job? The service n the general support the staff seem to lack.she wont be returning after the last appointment we attended.appalling

Absolute gutter trash employed here. They are completely incompetent, disorganised and lazy. Serve no purpose and provide 0 help. They actually penalise you when you are employed; they exist solely as a parasite. A cancer on society.
