Attended the atWorks Job ready course which i have found to be very helpful, Beau has been great in helping me understand and focus.

In the past I've been passed through dozens of job active providers and job coaches, until I was passed on to Jan Brown at Kelmscott, not only is she the most consistent job coach I have ever had but she is always raising the bar, I've never had a single job coach cold call dozens of employers let alone call them and actually produce results, today alone she called an employer in the industry I want and got an interview organised for the same day, on top of that she is there for clients. She has found short courses that would help me get employment, offered to go to a meeting of workplace bullying to provide support and even as I write this I'm getting text messages telling me that she'd rather me be looking for jobs than let other people know she's the provider you want to be with. Seriously request her if you can she is amazing.

Sandra is absolutely brilliant, I haven’t worked in a long time and had lost all my confidence in myself but she told me and gave me that confidence and I can’t thank her enough. I now have a job and it’s the best feeling in the world. Thanks to Sandra and what I had inside me but didn’t bring it out till she helped me and told me I was somebody.

Had a great lady named Jan. She took a real interest in me and was a great support through my job search process and was there for me through some difficult personal times. Unhappy days she turned around for me and I always felt better after speaking to her. She was the best

Jan Brown is lovely to have as my job coach. She has sprung onto my needs and I'm sure I will have a perfect job soon. Everyone is nice there.

Sam Bradford is very helpful with me since she started coaching me after Stacey left. Finally meeting her for the first time and I was so happy to meet her, she have been motivating me during this Covid 19 issue. So please to be working with her and wish I can secure a job position with her assistant.

No help just started work brought my own work clothes and boots paid for my self from centerlink money my kids need that money. Trying to get reimbursed they just don't care I've been at work on night shift finished at 6am, then running around getting bank statements today. Now I get told we will sort it out in 2weeks as we are working from home asof Monday.

I had a positive experience with atWork Gosnells. I got a job in a great industry thanks to the Team at Gosnells WA office. I was supported with training uniforms job search and travel. Very thankful.

I really like the receptionist here. She was very friendly and appropriately dressed. Ignore the other reviews about her these people are miserable trolls.

I was nervous to start looking for work and didn't feel quite ready after suffering some medical issues, I was assigned to Coralee Angwin at DES gosnells and she was just amazing, she made me feel super comfortable and actually signed me up to a course which I absolutely love! It was perfect for me and within 10 minutes of meeting her she knew exactly what career path would be best suited to me and a role that would make me grow, she made me feel so confident and comfortable I actually look forward to our meetings now she is a super star, the work she does is magic, she goes above and beyond to help you.
If you can choose your job assessor and of course if you are a local I strongly recommend Coralee Angwin from the Disability Employment Sevices office in gosnells she is the best I cannot praise her enough.

Mark is mad as! Good listener, will try and help out wherever possible just an all around good bloke 10/10 would recommend to others

I have been unemployed for 1 year now and am doing work for the dole. When I first went in I asked if I could do a baristas course which is on the wall in the waiting room. I was told I had to be on for 3 months before I could get anything. It's now been 1 year and 3 weeks ago is the only time I have had an appointment with them to sign me up for work for the dole. Which isn't a problem, but what is my problem is that the woman I had didn't want to be any help to me at all! I asked again about the course and was told she would have to run it by the manager and let me know which also never happened! I then have rang and been told I will have to get a job first and get them to write a letter to Atwork and then I may be able to!
I have a friend that also went to the same gosnells office and he has had all the tickets and help he has wanted not to mention been seen lots to give him help!
So my question is how is it that you can send 1 person to do a whole lot of tickets and I can't get 1 bit of help?

Always a pleasure seeing and speaking with the staff here, they've dealt with me for a couple years and I've definitely provided some headaches, but without fail, staff always go above and beyond to make sure they help in every way shape and form they can.
