My parenting next facilitator was Anne A. I felt very comfortable and looked after well by her even though I had some complications due to some health issues and my mental health issues.we had a bit of a challenging time to keep up some of the appointments but She always rescheduled for my convinience to accommodate a better time for me.my kids also connected very well to Anne, she is a compassionate and empathic worker who always strives to find ways to help people in need such as essentials food vouchers and that allowed me then to use my money on getting my contact lenses which I couldn’t afford on a small single parent payment. Anne is a perfect parenting facilitator for any young single mums who has got complications or issues, she is very reassuring too, and would benefit to become the future parenting next facilitator for other young single mums coming out of dv breakups and trying to find a direction in their new life. Anne is a warm person to talk to and I a positive influence in any future clients life. - Miriam K.

Friendly and efficient staff and job coaches that are willing to work with you to reach the mutual goal of getting you into a job and helping you settle in with all you may need.

Gemma was very helpful and supportive. Helped me get work and followed up on job opportunities for me which was great. They also provided credits for work clothes etc which was amazing; and printed off tax and super forms for me which was great.

The jobs now course was helpful. Beau was a great teacher. Matt my second teacher was great too. Some of it was confusing but that is because it was rushed for me.
