Pathetic Margaret there my case manager does nothing to to find me work I've asked her for her background she's refused to tell me she clearly has no training in my field or experi e nice also she has tried to intimidate once about appointments thee regarding my centrelink paym ermts which nearly made me homeless.
She winges that I don't answer my phone even tho I explained to her that try answering a mobile when your on a bus.
Then she tried to get me on wftd even if tho I have a police clearance.
One front desk staff dion tried to pret send he was the manager even tho he wasn't when I rang I have reported him to the manager there s h coming company there is a high turn over of staff they lack telephones and computers two is a joke also they refused to train me in first aid which is a requirement in my field of work which is one reason why I cant get work not happy at all

As a brand they can add all the award logo images to their website and email signature they want, but from my experience with Mt Hawthorn, the customer service is poor, the management of job seekers is poor.
They do not treat job seekers equally, only the ones worth government funding are worthy of due attention.
My engagement with Atwork Mt Hawthorn after more than 6 months has been only 2 meetings where I was offered no useful advice and met with people going through the motions, advising me of actions they will do but never follow through on, ticking their compliance boxes and then ushering me out the door.

At Work have been incredibly helpful and supportive in my journey to find work. I have recently become a client of Louise's and she is brilliant and has been incredibly supportive and helpful!

Takes its role as Centrelink's policeman seriously but far less interested in assisting job seekers.
