Thank you for helping me with my working at heights and confined spaces course's workforce Australia Mt Hawthorn and Wendy.
Worst centrelink job providers ever. Never returned my calls or emails and continuously signed me up for useless courses without asking/informing me and then cutting off my payments when I don’t show up the the course i didn’t know i was enrolled in. They are absolutely useless.
Patient, hard working and understanding staff who are well connected. I have really appreciated Lachlan and Zack doing their best to find work that suits me.
Reimbursement for my Course Fees. I am studying full time and was told by my consultant they can pay for the course fee only if they have an account with the training institute. My course did not have an account with atWork Australia. I was told by atWork I pay for my course fees and they will reimburse me all this was documented in my file with atWork and emails exchanged. I course fees were paid off 4 weeks ago. I emailed atWork Mount Hawthorn WA my employment consultant on Monday 21 March 2022 with my Course Fee Invoice paid in full and my bank statement for reimbursement. 2 weeks and 2 emails dated Tuesday 29 March and Friday 1 April 2022 and still no reimbursement paid into my bank. Now its Monday 4 April 2022 and no reimbursement in my bank. This is appauling customer service. I do not want a reply with an excuse. I am studying so I can get off centrelink which atWork has never made the effort to find work or let me know my entitlements I had to ask. No good customer service or knowledge to what the clients are entitled too. All atWork staff are paid by us the registered clients on their books not clients no government funding atWork you work for us. So pay out what is owing to me my course reimbursement money at the time I did not have but I had to go without to be enrolled in my full time course Certificate 3 in Community Service.
Cant fault atWork Australia. They found an awesome job for my 19yo son and he is so happy now. It has been a life changing event for him and I cant thank them enough.ten outa ten.
Do nothing staff. Ridiculously high turnover of staff also so perhaps they're treated as badly as they treat their clients. They're just there to tick the boxes with Centrelink. Couldn't care less about actually assisting people to find work. Everybody is "just doing their job" whatever that is exactly.

Really bad service on one appointment I waited a hour and they didn't even know I was waiting even after notifying them and signing in
I've been thinking to find the best words for Louise the Manager but there's nothing better than thank you so very much. She is the person that people need around and if anyone asks does atWork Australia Mt. Hawthorn offer help then Louise is the person for you!

Attending at their office was peaceful and their client care and response is 100% client centered
When attending appointments with Knessa, you feel that your needs are listen too and you are being treated in a caring and respectful manner.
All the staff respond with total respect to the clients attending there.
The only down side is, they could do with a water station of some description, and head phones for the computers to access sound for inductions.
