The Jandakot clinic is spacious and pleasant with a large reception making it comfortable while waiting. The receptionist is courteous and efficient in setting appointments.

Kathryn Buckley is my audiologist whom I consulted 3 times this month. 4 different measurements were taken to gauge the extent of impairment with a printed report. She gave me a handbook to guide me through the different level of technology deployed to best fit an individual's budget and hearing requirements/expectations across different listening environment. I started off with a trial (RIC pair) for a week, and am now on a second trial at a different technology level.

My experience has been very positive. The pathway to good hearing that Kat used is easy to understand and educational as well. I highly recommend this clinic to those repeatedly saying "say again".
