Attune Hearing Jandakot

I Went to Attune Hearing 5 days ago to have my hearing tested and was very impressed with the service I received.
The testing procedure was very comprehensive but quick.
The first step of the process involved me completing my hearing history by answering an extensive range of detailed questions.
Once that process was completed I underwent a comprehensive range of electronic tests via specialised audio equipment designed to test each ear independently under various circumstances.
This process is designed to simulate everyday situations that a normal person would have to go through in their daily lives or a typical day.
The test covered my comprehension of various words in each ear in situations like being in a crowded room or a function and then in a one on one basis.
The technician carefully explained the process and the overall results of each test and gave my confidence in the process I had just undergone.
My results would be further analysed by other specialists if required who would discuss my results and determine what course of action I need to take to ensure my hearing functionality is appropriate for my everyday situations.
I found Attune to be a highly professional, well organised and equipped with modern technology which would ensure there patient cope with daily life
This is the start of a process that Iam confident will assist me now and into the future from a hearing point of view

Great service by all staff went over and above to handle my case as I transferred from NSW so they had to get my paperwork sorted. Have very professional knowledge of what needs to be done. They repaired my faulty ear piece and tested my hearing and adjusted it. Recommend them highly.

I forgot my referral and the receptionist was sooo good. She called the doctor and arranged for it to be sent over.
The audiologist was very good too.:)

I am so grateful for the time and care Lindsay has shown my Dad. We went for his annual checkup and my Dad’s hearing is now improved as Lindsay tweaked his hearing aids.

The staff were so so nice and the space was lovely! I actually really enjoyed being there which doesn't usually happen at medical appointments lol. I'll definitely be back!

In previous appts elsewhere I've felt rushed and like I didn't really understand anything. Here however, the staff were gentle and calmly explained to me what was happening, all the solutions, and reassured me that I'd be ok. Amazing service 10/10.

Initially, I was very sceptical about going for another hearing test as I had a bad experience with one in Como. There, the staff were rather cold and businesslike, and I was pressured to purchase an expensive hearing aid, using my HBF health fund.

Fortunately, my GP referred me to Attune Hearing in Jandakot where I was warmly welcomed. The staff at reception and the Audiologist, Sylvia Soong, were very efficient, caring, patient and professional. I felt they really cared for my welfare in the questions they asked and the tests they conducted, clearly zeroing in on my audio difficulties and suggesting appropriate measures to improve my hearing. Sylvia even asked me to step outside to gauge the efficacy of my hearing aid when exposed to street noise and traffic. I left the offices of Attune Hearing with a perfectly calibrated hearing aid, a wide smile on my face and renewed confidence in my hearing capacity. Thanks millions to Sylvia Soong and Staff at Attune Hearing, Jandakot! I highly recommend their services to everyone.

I have been to Attune Hearing (Berrigan Drive, Jandakot) three times now and I I have been IMPRESSED every time with how they have interacted, treated and assessed my children (aged 7yrs, 5yrs; and 1.5 yrs). They have provided full hearing tests and recently detected an issue in the middle ear of my 5yr old son's ear. This now allows me to effectively treat my son's ear (through a referral to an ENT) ; rather that what I have been doing, which is only treating his speech issues (which isn't actually treating the ear problem). Shelley was the audiologist that I have seen on these occasions and her interaction with my kids has been delightful. The kids LOVE the sound-tests and head-phones they get to wear; and they love the free scratchy-sniff stickers that they get at the end of the session.)

Had my first hearing appointment with Attune yesterday. Wow I was so blown away with the level detail, quantity of time and care taken in walking me through my situation and options for ongoing management. Shelley was brilliant in being patient with answering all my questions with great detail. This experience was in complete contrast to the previous clinic I had attended and tollorated. Thanks guys.

I lost my hearing after attending musical concert which had high pitch music. I was referred to Jandakot Attune hearing by the specialist. Initially I met Kathleen Stoo Audiologist who gave me lot of confidence in improving my hearing. When I went for my next appointment, I met Shelley Li- Clinical Audiologist. Shelly was so great, taken so much of her time to explain the damage in my ear and recommended many devices and helped me right throughout. My hearing gradually improved and in my last visit Shelly confirmed the good news.

In my experience, staff at this hearing clinic are very professional with an in-depth knowledge of hearing matters.
Audiologist (Kat) was a great help and assisted my appreciation of the issues of hearing as they applied to my situation, her advice has been of considerable value.
It was also helpful to me that my wife could attend my appointments.

The client advocate team (Janine & Ashleigh) were very responsive and always courteous.
