Have visited this salon twice now, both times received perfect service. Such a beautiful, relaxing vibe in the salon. Flawless hair colouring both times. Will definitely be back in the future!

Had an appointment yesterday with Ursula and I have never been so happy with my hair! I have thin hair and she managed to give me such nice volume and a beautiful style. The colour is amazing! I’m so happy with everything. The salon is beautiful, and they have so many great products to offer as well as hair accessories. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Went to the Salon for the first time and Ursula did an amazing job on my hair! The colour turned out perfect and when I asked advise regarding purple shampoo Ursula was very knowledgeable. Could not be happier. I have booked to go back in!

Arcorace is a beautiful salon. Nicole has created a space that is seriously relaxing as well as sophisticated. The fit out is honestly breathtaking - there are these gorgeous pendant lights in the middle of the salon that give a nice warmth, there’s also the infamous window hanging chair that is so much fun to sit on! My most favourite thing are the chairs at the basin - they give you the best massage!

Everything at Arcorace is simply high end. The service is awesome. Everyone makes you feel very welcome and looked after. The quality of their work is superb too. Nicole does my hair and let me just say a few things:
1. She is a colour guru. She always picks the best combinations to give my hair a beautiful finish.
2. She is super gentle, which is always a plus when getting your hair done!
3. She styles like a pro. She knows her stuff and her products leave your hair smelling and looking delicious!

I have never left having a bad experience there and I have been a repeat customer coming up to two years now!

Also on a side note: I know they are really accommodating for special occasions - there have been countless times where I have overheard the team planning out a mother-daughter package or a bridal event. They really do go above and beyond for their customers.

I couldn’t recommend Arcorace highly enough - whether it is for your regular hair spot or for special occasions, it’s certainly worth checking out!

I have been to arcorace a few times and honestly could not have asked for a better experience- the staff go above and beyond to make their client's feel comfortable and have individualized services. After reading Rachel Nagy's review, i am absolutely disgusted that she has the audacity to try and bring down such a successful and professional business. Specifically bringing in her child who she knew had nits and then become aggressive and nasty is just appauling and outrageous. I could not recommend the team at arcorace enough, they always make me feel special and beautiful after each visit. Love Lara Saker xxxx

Ursula has done my hair 3 times now at the salon, always such a perfect professional job! The salon is such a tidy peaceful place and location is super accessible!

Nicole is my ‘go to’ hairdresser. I have been seeing her for years and she always exceeds my expectations. The salon is fabulous, service is professional and I always walk out feeling great. My hair has never been healthier, thank you Nicole!

Beautiful salon with friendly and helpful staff! My hair extensions always look lovely and natural, the girls listened to exactly what I️ wanted and do an amazing job at blending them in with my natural hair. Always a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend xxx

Absolutely the worst hairdressing experience ever! I went to this salon for a free hair extension consultation. She quoted a price and at the end of my appointment charged me almost triple than what was originally quoted. I'm from Europe and my English is limited so had trouble communicating and feel I was taken advantage of. I asked for a receipt and received none. I called twice and asked for and invoice and also visited the salon and still have not received a receipt. I have since visited another hairdresser who has said that this is the worst case of hair extensions she has ever seen. She said I should have at least 100 in my hair and this salon put in 45. I am so sad that I spent all this money and have been told by a number of people that this has not been done properly. Please do not go to this salon. They rip you off!

The 'free consultation' suggested I have 25 hair extensions. After the appointment I went to pay you charged me for 50 and you I asked you why I had to pay all this extra money and you said because 25 wasn't enough and you had to put 50 in. This was never discussed with me. Other hairdressers have said I should have at least 100. I'm not a hairdresser I went on what you suggested. You quoted me $490 for the extensions and that is why agreed to have it done. After having the extensions done my final bill was $915. The other hairdresser quoted me $1000 and not $2000 and honestly I should have gone to her as her quote was on 100 extensions and not 50.also I have never received an invoice from you. My husband called you twice and I went into your salon asking for the invoice and still we have not received it. This is why I wrote this review as you can tell I'm annoyed and upset at the service I received from your salon.
