I had my first appointment with Ursula two days ago and my hair has never looked better! My hair was very damaged from not having anything done to it for a year but Ursula worked her magic and made my hair both look and feel amazing! She understood exactly how I wanted it and I'm so happy with it! The salons interior is beautiful and the team is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this salon and I will definitely be back.

I'm very disappointed. Phone manner and communication were all over the place. Seems like some businesses just haven't gotten their act together post Covid. It's feels like staff take it more as a socializing experience rather than providing a professional service.

I have been going to Nicole at Acorace for many years. She is the best I have had and is a total perfectionist. Nicole really listens to what you want and spends a lot of attention and energy on my hair. I love her and the staff. Highly recommend Acorace for colour and cuts.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The girls are amazing.so friendly and welcoming and they always listen to -and achieve- exactly what I want! The decor is cool, breezy and has a classy, beachy vibe -very relaxed atmosphere where you can feel really pampered. They use high quality products and genuinely care about what is best for you and your hair. I always enjoy coming here and always leave with luscious locks and a big smile xoxo p.s. Very poor communication and they take forever to get things done. I came in for a hair consulation to go blonder and she cut a test strip to work on. First round of testing and it took her 2 weeks give me a update via text. I gave the benefit of the doubt because of post covid so I was keen on going on with it. The second testing took them even longer (almost 3 WEEKS) I had to remind them and they gave me a update the following day. Suddenly they are not replying back since that test. Its now been a week and still no reply. Such a shame I wanted to come here based on the good reviews. Hope you guys will do better.

I have been going to Arcorace for over a year now and have not once been disappointed with the results. Nic and the whole team are all so talented, educated and amazing people.
I recently had weaves put in by Rhi - all I can say is they are just as incredible as promised! Rhi was incredibly detailed and forthcoming with info on what to expect etc.
Can't recommend this salon enough!

Recently i had a full head of Foils and Weave done by Ursh. She did an amazing job, I'm extremely happy with my hair. She had a very in depth consultation before we began to ensure i was getting exactly what i wanted. Will continue to visit the Salon and have Ursh do my hair! Thanks Ladies:)

I couldn’t recommend Nicole as well as the Arcorace Hair and Beauty Team enough. From the luxe, relaxed vibe of the studio to being truly at the top of the game in creativity, knowledge, customer service and execution. I simply wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair, even when demanding the most complex of challenges!

This salon is the best in Perth! The girls are friendly, accommodating and sensational. I have been going to Nicole for 6 years and constantly receive nothing but exceptional service from all the girls. The salons interior is divine.

I have been into the salon twice in the last month and was extremely happy with both experiences. The first time I literally called about an hour ahead and asked if I could fit in for a hair styling before an event. The girls managed to get me in with Ursula who styled my hair beautifully. The second time I saw Melody who did an amazing job styling my hair for a wedding on a very wet and windy day. I was SO happy with my hair and it stayed gorgeous throughout the crazy weather. This is such a beautiful salon with amazing, talented staff! I will definitely be back!
