Arch Threading

Went for lip threading at this place. I should have checked the past reviews posted on this site. The grumpy lady finished it in just a minute! - with the thread broken a few times and grumbled a few times. Throughout the process there wasn't much difference to the face hair. When I pointed that to her, she uttered a curse to her coworker. I told her the lip hair hasn't been removed at all. Actually from the way she held the thread I didn't think she actually knew how to do it. I agree with the suggestion from another post asking for the brand owner to review the service from this store because as far as I am concerned I will not visit any other Arch Threading Shops for beauty services after this unpleasant experience. Disgusting service! Lashes were put on crooked and most fell out THAT NIGHT! Took most of my natural lashes out with them. I went to 2 other companies and neither could help It’s been over 2 months of me texting, calling, Facebook messaging, emailing, even going into the store and do you think I can get a refund? ! I’ve gone back into the store and shown workers that their boss ignores my phone calls and texts now, shown them the bald spots, I’ve tried everything and they are so unprofessional and hard to deal with DO NOT GO TO THEM! Also overcharged me!

Although this happened just a few months ago I’m thinking to write it down to share my bad experience. It was on 9th of June and it was my birthday. When I asked the girl that I’m there for eyebrow threading she directly Ignored me. She said she has another client and the client went to the washroom and will be there soon. She didn’t even ask me to wait or say sorry. She was wearing EarPods and was on a call. After 10 minutes I came out from the cotton on and was passing the salon i saw She was still on the call and there was NO CUSTOMER. She prioritised the call than the customer service. She was so rude and disrespectful. So I went to The Beauty & Brow Parlour and had a professional and great eyebrow threading. The lady was very nice, friendly and polite. Now I always go there.
I had received extremely poor customer service During my 4 times visiting at arch threading. Every time I went there the girls told me I have an acne problem and tried to sell their products which is so annoying. Every time I go there they always talked in the most rudest way. At least These workers don’t know how to greet their customers. I came to know that this place has so many negative feedbacks. This salon deserves 0 stars. Never go there again.
I request the store owner or franchisee to take disciplinary action against the workers and manager of this location.

I don't want to give them even 1 star. The lady on service was so rude. They literary dont know what is customer service. Their attitude was so negative. Totally don't know how to run business. I think they need to learn 5 steps of customer service. Well we are paying for service and its not free but definitely acknowledge their customers. Rude

I went o get my eyebrows threaded and the lady was not interested at all and she made them so thin I hate themmmm

Lady was rude, did a terrible job, I now have the worst eyebrows ever. Then charged me more because they have a minimum transaction via efpos. Will not return, so disappointed. Do not go here.

Went there for threading.the lady hadn’t arrived or set up shop yet. I waited, she arrived late and said she would need 5 mins. I said okay and waited outside for 10 mins. She didn’t ask what services I need or ask me to take a seat. After a few mins I went in and sat on one of the chairs and she tells me she needs to finish putting up all these posters and setting up every threading station. She could have very well just set up one station so she could serve me and then continue after I had left.

I was getting late so I told her never mind. As I was getting up to leave another customer showed up and she literally dropped everything and ran to serve that lady and offer her a seat. I have seriously never come across such rude and openly hateful behaviour.

I wasted 20 mins waiting for a simple threading service and didn’t actually end up getting one as the lady just couldn’t bother talking to me.

I have visited them for facial threading a couple of times and each time I had a mixed experience. The staff there proved to be generally helpful and courteous, however, the in the last visit and prior to that, the staff was not there and the only person available was owner/manager and only thing that I can say about her is that she is the most impolite and racist lady you will come across. She treated me and other people of Asian or Indian origin very rudely, as if we are doing some sort of disservice by visiting their business. This is despite the fact that she herself is from the same background. This definitely is the last visit that I have paid to them and am definitely not going back, ever. I know it does not matter to the owner, but still, she lost a paying regular customer.

The manager also the owner was rude. All I asked was how long it would take for her to attend me, she replied bluntly; not for the next hour, I asked if I could speak to the manager because I wanted to let them know how rude she was. She said she is the owner and manager. I said, you are rude to which she said do not come to my shop, well after that I surely wouldn’t ha e anyways. But also hope this review will make others decide to use her services too, good luck running the business. In no time I will not be surprised to see you out of work and business. Educate yourself to what customer service is.

I went to do eye lash lift and tint. The lady was not interested at all in doing it. She did the tint first and the lift. She asked me to not to open eyes and applied the mascara. Why apply mascara when i got tinted. And after 24hours here am only with a lift and no difference. Such a waste of money.

My eyebrows look horrible after treatment and my lashes are pointing in 2 different directions after a lash lift. And this is already 3 days after treatment. Plus the lady was so not interested in what she was doing. Super disappointing! Avoid this shop if you don't want to look like a mix of a chameleon and a clown!

Worst experience in the midland arch treading. The staff was so rude with client. She made my threading shape worse. When I asked her to remove some hair she was so rude. So I asked her to leave it like that. I will never go there. It was my first and last visit to arch threading midland.

Been here twice, and definately wont make a 3rd mistake. Rude and when i asked her to remove the hair she hadnt the first time (and i was asked to pay upfront for) she pressed hard against the skin and was rougher. Both ladies then started speaking another language and laughing between themselves. Had to bite my tongue. Management you need these staff fired yesterday! They will put your business down the drain.

I got my eyebrows threaded today I noticed instore a couple of stray hairs and asked her to fix them and she sort of huffed and puffed about it and was abrupt! When I got home and looked in better lighting they are absolutely horrible they are so uneven one is so thick and they are different shapes so I'm pretty upset.

Worst eyebrow threading outcome I've ever had. Some rude Indian/Punjab in Midland branch with rude customer service from the start and terrible manner botched my eyebrow, had my eyebrows so uneven with a bald patch it's so obvious at a glance. She didn't fix it, no apology, instead blame my eyebrow for growing in that way. I have eyebrow threading all my life I never had such an issue. She has such a horrible attitude so messy and unkempt. Please do not go there, hygiene is non-existent.

I went to midlandgate shop today and was asked to wait as the lady there was busy with someone else. After 10 min when my kid was just playing and watchingvideo, the lady very disrespectfully and rudely told me "we don't let kids to play with the chair". "If you want you can wait outside and come back later" like really? She should learn how to use word's properly. I don't understand how she manage to work with such a pathetic attitude in a shop. Don't waste your time going there.

Went in for Eyelash extensions she put everything on me n was expensive n my eyelashes didn't even last a week.

The ladies here did an amazing job, had my brows shaped, henna dyed and a lash lift and tint done all in one sitting. Didn't need to make an appointment. Highly recommend!

I went to midland mall for my treading.one staff spoil my eyebrows Staff told me only pay me 9$ if u not like dnt come again to are shop and also she spoke so rude to me she also told me if you dnt go from here I will cal security.omg as I stealing something from shop I will never go this place again very very bad service

All the previous reviewers who commented about the poor customer service were right. The lady's manner was very brusque, she was incredibly rude and her threading wasn't great.
