Attended wax threading last Friday she have to cut my eyelashes because she put wax in my lashes it was so painful after that got my eye shore couple of day s. Not professional

Do yourself a favour.ask for one of the offered facials.
Absolutely wonderful.

Have been a regular here for sometime.
The ladies are very proffesional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Also recommend the eye lash lift and tint.

Worst experience, would not recommend at all. Lady asked me too many personal questions about my heritage and family which I refused to answer as I felt uncomfortable. She kept forcing me to leave a 5 star review which I refused, she then called someone on her mobile to complain I would not! I am lucky I understood what she was saying in a different language. She did not apologise at all. Will tell family and friends to NOT GO THERE AT ALL!

The lady that did my brows (nisha) was very good at threading my eyebrows and tinting them and she was very polite and not rude at all she even helped find the perfect shade to dye them

One of the Indian staff did a great job today. Satisfied with my brows henna and lash lift. Definitely will come back xx

Shikha was amazing and did a brilliant job cleaning my face with a full face thread, followed by waxing to tidy everything up completely. My first lash lift was an enjoyable experience with Shikha who pretended not to notice when I fell asleep.

I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted yesterday in Midland
I was nervous as I have never had them tinted before and told the lady I didn't want them too dark.
Not only did I have to go to the bathroom to scrub off the dye from around my eyebrow but my family who i was meeting for lunch actually made fun of me because they looked so bad.
Once I got home and had a good look at them my right eye brow has a gap where she has taken all the hair and left a hole.
I spent $34.00 to basically look awful and will never ever go to another store.

Very dissapointed

Got my eyebrows threaded and tinted, the lady (I didn’t get her name I’m so sorry) fixed my eyebrows completely, they used to be so uneven and now they look so even and natural. Will definitely be back, thank you so much ️

I went in today hoping to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady was so rude when she asked me what I wanted. Her voice was very demanding and not kind at all. As a paying customer I expect to be treated kindly and spoken to in a warm and inviting manner. The threading was done so fast and so hard, I looked in the mirror and told her that I could still see hair, she pointed her finger at me and said the hair is too short so I can’t do it. I asked if she could go through it again and she said “I told you the hair is too short “ this made me angry as her fingers were still been pointed at me. I stood up and told her she needs to learn how to speak and how to treat customers. I will never again go to this place. No wonder it’s cheap and never has people inside. I will make sure to let all my friends and family know how unprofessional this place is.

Eyebrow tint was good (as before) but the young woman who was not the same (as before), needs to learn people skills. She was unhelpful and aloof.

I went there first and definitely the last time. Very bad customer service. Been there for threading and upper lips but came back with lots of cuts on my eyebrows. Lady there was very rude and non professional. I don't know about other centers but sure not going to this service.
