Worst customer service at all. Crews are keep chatting around and with NO INTENSION TO HELP at all.

Genius Bar were excellent. Had my iPhone XS Max with a faulty earpiece fixed in less than 2 hours and notified me via email. Admittedly they did forget to fit the screen protector, but I reminded them and the job was done within minutes which was no big deal. I was going to go to Perth but on ringing, the phone message said they were closed.

Totally disorganized and inefficient sales service. Supposedly covid related but I note not one of the staff actually using the sterilising products or wiping down equipment between customers/staff. All that staff and still huge wait times. And we ended up signing onto a plan easily purchased elsewhere. Phones are exactly the same price as the other Telcos so no competition. Best to reserve your visits for repairs and servicing only.

I had an appointment with the Apple Store for a technical issue with my sons iPhone. I was greeted at the door and directed to another staff member who was checking in the appointments, who apologised when advising me that the techs were running 5-10 minutes behind. After 7 minutes, the same staff member told me I was next. When served by the tech, she was very professional and fixed the problem on the spot. Great service!

Visited the store today for a simple password reset and not impressed with a customer service, and have to wait for 2.5 hours for a simple job.the way he respond is wait or either go away.
This not the service I expect for this brand.

I contacted Apple about my iPhone x that I purchased late last year, it had a hardware issue which for others is common in this model. Green lines on the screen. Buyers beware! They kindly offered to send me a new one which I thought was very reasonable but once I received this, I realized it was not a new i phone but was a re-manufactured phone and i have tried desperately to contact the original person who dealt with my complaint to no avail and now the battery will not charge more than a third of the way and goes flat every day - is permanently flat. This is worse than keeping my original telephone with green lines through it. I have tried numerous chargers with the same result. Today I finally spoke to customer care that told me their policy is to send out another re-manufactured phone if diagnostics say the battery is a problem, yet I purchased a brand new phone.
Absolutely disgusted in Apple, I have been buying their phones, i-pads for my business and personal life for years and been a loyal customer and this is how you get treated. You get a second hand crappy i-phone as a replacement. I now have to drive 1 hr one way to get this second phone checked, wait for how long in this busy store and if its a problem they will give me another second hand what they call re - manufactured I-Phone.
Shame on you Apple, I have no choice but to buy a different brand but I will be sure to let everyone know your policy. My brother was right you are ripping people off who have supported you loyally since Apple began.

We took our ipad to the apple store because it had been hacked and they said "oh um we will take it out the back. " And they went out the back and cracked up laughing and when they came back they said. " It cant be fixed so we will we reset it. "

5 months it was hacked again but our friend said let me looked at it and they fixed it and all the info was saved.

These people just want to make a buck from you.

Shocking customer service! My father in his 70's was treated disgracefully at this store. I am appalled to hear he was turned away after having travelled over an hour from Mandurah to get help with his iPhone.

. Was not impressed with wait times to talk to someone who could help us. The other staff asked us to meet this one guy who had the knowledge to help us. And we had to queue in the shop to speak to him.

Recently got my screen and battery fixed at this Apple store. I knew it would cost a bit extra than those cheap phone repair shops but the quality was worth it. It only took a couple of hours and I’m Very happy with the new parts. My phone now charges better than it has in years and with the new battery and screen it will hopefully last me me another two years and now runs like new:) The staff were really friendly and helpful too

Unorganized, no point to book an appointment in advance, most of staff are clueless and some rude. Not the best experience, better go to CBD one

Rip off joint this one, they give quote based on vulnerability of customers, lot of people just go along with as don’t want to be embarrassed.shop around other apple stores or get it done overseas, Greedy Pigs Ripping everyone off!
