Apple Garden City Perth reviews
99Helpful staff and great environment, would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs help with Apple products and services and phone support.
Worst service! I dragged 4 kids out only to be told they couldn't even look at a macbook for 2 weeks. Seriously? A 5 minute job. Lucky the school requires Apple because otherwise I wouldn't touch them for anything. The guy was extremely rude too.
Loved the service! The only place that still had a few pieces left of the iPhones in the city
Today, I went to the Apple Store seeking assistance, and the service provided by the technician, Mr. Ash, was exceptional. His attitude was incredibly friendly, and he explained things with great professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. It made me feel that purchasing Apple products is a fantastic choice. While product quality is important, the same level of service attitude is even more crucial. Thank you, Mr. Ash, for helping me resolve the issue.
I lost one of my AirPod Pros, so I went to buy it. The staff is friendly. I recommend making a reservation online! I went without a reservation and had to wait for about an hour.
Its rare that people in an organisation receive Kudos
I would like to amplify my gratitude to Matt A for his Service support, professionalism & attitude. I wanted to share my experience and ask management to pay tribute to a valuable asset in Matt A
Thankyou Matt keep up your excellent work ethic
We just went to Apple Store Booragoon and got quite disappointed with the customer service. We came determined to buy a computer, looking for advice on which model was more suitable for our needs. First the welcoming was not very warm, we were left there without anyone telling us that we were on a list and someone would come to help us shortly. Then the staff didn’t help us at all to determine which product was best for us and stand there quite useless. We were ready to buy a 3000$ computer and expected a bit more enthusiasm and willingness to show us about the basics of the computer (they knew it was a first MacBook buy for us).
Overall disappointed by this service, will not go back to this Apple Store again - we will go back to trusty worthy Apple in CBD.
Customer service was amazing took my mum's locked iPad in to get reset took about 5 mins A+
I need to sue apple for discrimination. I am currently wasting 4 hours trying to get an ipad for someone with disability. I have no idea why NDIA thinks this is a good idea as I have never in my life been forced through such a mess. Apple received the order then cancelled it with no explanation. We tried to find out why.
After hours on hold and being shoved around the local store's non existent phone service and national call services, someone tried saying it was something to do with verification and then when I offered to make another order in my name with my OWN credit card I was told to call the bank to get permission to use MY OWN credit card. That's a new one. The lying and incompetence is at least creative!
Four hours of staff wages lost to Apple incompetence. On top of all that rubbish then they insisted on talking to someone who does not and cannot do phone calls. They did not care about the Disbility Discrimination Act 1992 which requires people to make reasonable adjustments for someone with disability. Surprising? No, not when even NDIA doesn't bother!
Worst place ever. Purchased latest pro max and it doesn't work, after hrs of "diagnosis" we can replace or return.
Booked an appointment for my mother to have her iphone mic issue looked at and had to wait 50 minutes after the appointment time for a technician to help us. Ridiculous number of staff standing around while we waited. The only upside was the technician who served us did a good job and was very polite
Ridiculously bad customer service. Treat customers like thieves. Wait for 30 minutes to buy a new iPad and trade in my old ones, and they are not helpful at all. End up with buying from JB HIFI near it.
By far the worst Apple Store in Perth. I’ve been here many times and every time is extremely painful. It boggles my mind how there can be over a dozen staff standing around doing nothing, and yet I’m left waiting for a “Genius” for up to an hour past my booked appointment time. I’ve made appointments that inexplicably get diverted to the CBD store instead, and I’ve even come in for a pre-booked Shopping appointment only to be told that they are sold out of the iPhone model I booked and traveled to pick up. Why take appointments if you can’t provide the stock or service that’s expected of you? You’re wasting everybody’s time. The staff and processes here need serious work.
Its an apple store.so plenty of staff to assist and generally stock. I managed to get an iphone 14 even though they were saying they were out of stock. Just ask the staff, they seem to keep some out the back. Much more stock when you ask. The website doesn't seem to be accurate with stock levels. So best to go in and ask the staff if they have it.
Great products. Being an Apple customer forever. Always buy the latest at launch. The store had technical issues with payment, even though my credit card issuer confirmed that payment has already gone through at my end. The manager insisted I paid again, with a 'take it or leave it' attitude. No empathy when I asked for some sort of proof that I have paid twice, in case I don't get a refund for the first payment. Totally refused. No apology for inconvenience caused due to their technical issues. Asked me to sort out at my end myself about the refund. Wants me to come back to apologise to them instead. I understand they have policies. I did pay twice in the end. But their customer service, led by their store leader was a Zero. Surely Apple can do so much better. This review is about the people who run the store and their service. Not the products.
Called them in the morning and reserved the iphone 14 pro to pick up from the booragoon store. I was asked if I will be buying iphone on a plan, apparently there was a promotion with vodafone, I said yes. Call centre person did not mention to carry two forms of id along. Went to the store at 1: 30 and was told that two forms of Id is needed. Drove back home to get second id (medicare) then they said ohhh sorry our system is down you need to go to Vodafone store directly they will help you. Went to Vodafone store explained them the situation they gave me a document with Row Id written on it. Went back to the store they said its still not ok now at this point my disappointment was visible, another staff intervened and took their time to figure out while I was patiently waiting by this time it was 5: 30pm. Finally I was given my phone after 4 hours
I was expecting a pleasant experience but it was very very disappointing. No one apologised, as if they dont care.
Unpleasant experience. The whole stores, no staff could give a smile, rude and arrogant. Poor management and training conducts.
Worst experience of i phone 14 pro max 256
There are so many issue in this phone
Like touch screen, network, slides runs automatically some time, do vibrate without using
8 plus is good rather than i 14 pro max
Bit of a long wait, but reasonable for how busy it was! Went for a new phone for mum. We were served by Cyndul who was professional, knowledgable and kind. Made the purchasing process easy as. Thanks
Been to the store before and help was great.
Had an issue with pairing my son's apply watch to my phone and went to store again (45min drive for me). Was told needed to update phone/watch which took 2 hours in store due to internet speed - can't change what can't be changed - just needed it sorted.they then paired it as my watch (didn't want that) to disconnect and pair as my son's (who doesn't have a phone) - which also didn't work - which is why I went to the store in the first place - the original watch that was paired to my phone broke, hence I had to get another one.staff member #4 by then couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work and asked for help - only to be told the watch wasn't compatible - needed to be cellular and GPS.my only question then was - why was I not told 2.5 hours earlier by someone of the 4 staff members simply checking what type of watch I had for my son.who doesn't have a phone, hence it needed to be setup at his linked to my phone.seriously I have better things to do with my time!
