Strange how they removed the Cantonese interpreter when my mum and brother came in together.
He keeps mistranslating things to her and you all.
He called the interpreter arrogant in a Chinese way (worth too much for the government) because he was listening to subliminal messages and believed in astrology too.
Mum should have explained the situation to me a bit earlier.
Sorry if he was rude and Authoritative. He admitted he was being a Passive-Aggressive person or a Narcissist towards your staff to me in 2018.
The translator is Gillian Barton, a teacher from Centacare who works at Centrelink, also, she is trusted by my mother and myself.
Mum is not allowed back on the SEE program because it has been 10 years since the program started (2008 was the initial year).
He changed jobs according to himself.
Don’t trust him. He’s a bit crazy with the multiple accounts and review spamming.

Better off if you don’t take advice from others and work normally.
Don’t see anything wrong with the affairs you were all involved in before.

Mum says she will be back shortly after a few months. She hasn’t taken the COVID-19 Vaccine due to the fact that her blood pressure is too high.

Simon doesn’t pay the bills anymore.
He used to pay them before the year 2016.

Daniel has been a marvelous help and has always had my interest at heart. He's very on board with keeping communication and keeping in touch with me on a regular basis. He is also very good at his job and is always willing to listen and gives constructive advise concerning my employment.

Daniel was absolutely amazing help sort me the perfect job in a timely manner, I had been through a half a dozen agents in the 2 years prior and they were no help what so ever.

Apm is the best job network provider I have ever delt with
Daniel the consultant found me a job so fast within a week, supplied me with new work boots, new work clothes, fuel voucher and constantly kept in contact over the phone
I really do give this company 10/10

Returning customer here, reluctantly I agreed to utilise APM as my JNP once more after being informed there is new management, and I must say I am not disappointed. Compared to the many years' worth of JNP experiences I have had Tyron has been more helpful, understanding, tolerant, kind, reasonable and above all compassionate than any other individual in the industry that I have met. Tyron got me a job that was a good fit for my life at the time and once my circumstances changed within 2 hours this legend had secured me an interview at another company. If everyone could be a little more like Tyron, I think there would be more people finding gainful employment and less people would be traumatised from the machine that the unemployment sector has become.

Had a phone appointment today but they didn't call so I travelled to their office instead.

Had the most unprofesional service by an elderly employee. She accused me of taking cash jobs in which I said no. She then proceeded to keep asking me if I'm working for cash without any justification whatsoever.

She kept spouting on about how her brother is an accountant and earns $500 an hour (I seriously doubt he does) but how does that have anything to do with me and the purpose of the appointment?

Worst job provider I’ve had. Would give 0 stars if I could. They don’t care about you all they care about is getting a bonus at the end of it all. Never had 1 phone appointment on time.waited hours after scheduled appointments to be called. To top it off, there customer service is a joke. Avoid APM canning vale and find someone who will actually want the best outcome for you.

The absolute worst (non) service provider. Unhelpful, incompetent and absolutely not interested in any sort of assistance to a jobseeker. This company is a joke, I would give it zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time with them.

Never answer the phone, because of this my payments keep getting cancelled as I can't reach them to communicate my jobseeker requirements. Don't actively help me find a job, take their sweet time to do their half of the job plan which means I hardly get my payments from centrelink. Absolute rubbish service. Always losing my emails and say I havent sent them when I have 4 times. Overall, they make everything really hard and impossible, and make my life really stressful

Even one star is too much for APM Canning Vale division.
In summary:
1- Unprofessional and unhelpful.
2-Rude.
3-Zero customer service.
4- No respect for client
5-Blaming others for their mistakes.

APM never ever have an on time appointment whichever face or phone.its hard to imagine how they can provide the job positions to us. The consultant lady was rude and did not respect customer when ask questions while i can see through her eyes.

I had a rough couple of years and apm were my job provider they were very encouraging. One day i got out of bed and decided that i wanted to make some changes and do something good for myself. Apm were instrumental in helping me make these changes the staff have always been hopefull for my success and once my mind was set i have had the greatest opportunities and support although the support was always there i believe the staff were always hoping with the encouragement and willingness to support me i would get on board top marks to Apm

A huge waste of tax payers money. While the person helping me was a reasonably nice person, this place as a whole is designed to punish and humiliate people. APM Canning Vale offers absolutely zero help to increase of employment for their clients. And the customer Sevice as a whole is shocking, easily the worst I have ever encountered in any industry

Apm canning-vale is the most reliable and efficient job provider i have been to.maddi is a great bubbly person and makes things very easy when they seem difficult she listens to every word i have to say and makes sure i understand the requirements i need to fulfil.i would have liked to give a 10 star but you only allocate 5 but what can you do.i appreciate the help that is provided and all arround the consultants are great but maddy is the best sorry guys yall gotta up your game to hers

I don't usually leave reviews like this but
the Canning Vale APM office is by far the worst job provider I've been to. I got to my appointment late because of transportation issues and unable to call as I had no credit on my phone; when I arrived at the office, I spoke to the lady at reception to let them know I was there and then took a seat in the the waiting area while I waited to be seen; while I was sitting in the waiting area, my jp suspended my payments (while I was in the office) and a minute later she saw me and booked another appointment to fix the payments up for a few days later to fix it up- she didn't even apologize for suspending my payments while I was in the office at the time, another jp sitting behind her apologised to me instead. Worst office ever and as soon as my payment has been fixed I will be requesting a transfer to another job provider company.

APM Canning Vale is the most efficient job provider i have ever come across. My JP is Madison Commins and she is an excellent consultant and and has always without a doubt helped me with whatever issues i have encountered throughout my search for employment.i would also like to give a shout out to the manager Lisa Jennings as she is also very hardworking to help her clients and from what I've seen her employees with whatever issues they encounter. She ensures the happiness for everyone throughout the entire office and is exceptionally gorgeous.i kind of wish she was my mother. Lisa Jennings if you are readings this please adopt me love you mum x

APM Canning Vale is the absolute best. They have continued to help me in my search for employment since the very first day I stepped foot in their office.
No matter which consultant i come across they have all always made me feel welcomed and I always walk out with a smile on my face. I would definitely recommend APM to anyone struggling with employment.
