Fantastic gym, friendly staff, well maintained equipment. Love the 24 hour aspect. Feel very safe going there late at night. Asked to have my account frozen when I was recovering from surgery, little hiccup getting it reinstated but was rectified quickly.
As I had an accident I asked them (Australind Branch) to freeze my account for 3 months. After freezing the account, following month they have charged me. I rang and asked them to rectify it but no respond from them and they are not ready to do it. Seems to be they don't care about the members they just care about the money. Great customer service.

Basically just a house. My swipe key wouldn't work at the door and the oddly confused manager wouldn't let me in. Terrible weight selection in the front yard. Not worth $60 a month.
