Always a pleasant atmosphere.and lovely approachable girls in the office. I signed up just over 2 years ago.

Clean, tidy, and kind and professional staff.
All equipment work perfectly and also good music playing during workouts.

I have just recently joined Anytime Fitness, Australind, and I'm having a great time.staff are always friendly, even though its usually pretty busy when I go, I'm always able to get equipment.

Highly recommend the gym! Never have i felt so comfortable and welcomed into a gym like i have at anytime fitness, regardless of my skills, looks or fitness

The staff here are amazing! I signed up with Grace and she is absolutely amazing. She was so caring and nice to me and my friends who signed up. The gym is so clean and friendly must recommend joint now and speaking with grace.:)

Have been training here for just over a month now and I am loving the space as well as the friendly staff! As a newbie I was quite nervous but after a run through of the machines with one of the staff members and my free pt session my confidence is much better! Highly recommend: D

Found staff to be very enthusiastic and happy to help with any questions I had regarding the gym and its services. Highly recommend dropping into Anytime Fitness Australind the equipment is top tier!

This is the most shambolic, mismanaged gym I have ever encountered. Management and staff are disconcerting and difficult to deal with. They are gormless, with an immense lack of intelligence and are a total and utter nightmare to deal with when it comes to money matters and DD. I do not recommend this business (If this is what they class themselves as) and I have taken my business elsewhere.

Average layout and facilities in the Anytime Fitness chain. Crowded almost every working day. Limited space for ground work/ stretching. Also, many members tend to superset workouts at peak hours, using 2-3 pieces of equipment, without consideration for others. Not a social gym by any means…in, workout, out. Kinda tense environment, imo. Positives are the staff and the range of equipment available, when you can use them.

Update: it’s gotten worst - peak hour today and members super setting…and don’t wish to share equipment. Complained to two staff in the office and they had no idea how to intervene. This place is the worst location in the Anytime Fitness chain - it’s operated like a kindergarten gym no gym etiquette and piss poor management of complaints.

The facilities are great and clean.
One thing to be aware of though is their 30 day cancellation policy.
After injuring myself I went to cancel my account but instead they put it on hold due to still being in contract. I did let them know that I wanted the contract ended at the end of the policy (3 months before end of contract), also emailed before the end of my contract again, then rang the day of cancellation to confirm exiting the contract.

Only to be told that I had to come in and sign to close and then there is a 30 cancellation period where you still have to pay. Just a last ditch money grab.

Great experience in till this poorly handled part of the contract.

My 15 year old son attended the gym in the middle of September to check it out with a friend to see if it was where he wanted to go, he came home with a contact for me to sign as he is not over 18 and we were gonna talk about the details as it's alot if money for him and we thought the contract would not start until it was signed by his parent but discovered they have been taking money out before a contact was signed and have already taken over $150 out of his account with no signed contract and when confronted to ask to produce the contract they could not produce anything and then asked my husband to leave with no discussion of an outcome nore supplying them with a signed legal contact giving us no option but to put in a consumer complaint.

Love coming here! Love the staff, very friendly, not too busy, equipment and bathrooms are very clean. Best decision I made to sign up here

Amazing fully equipped gym, everything you need, I was nervous to come in and join but I walked out of there excited to do my first workout! The beautiful team made the sign up process so easy and now I come everyday and love it! Highly recommend Anytime Fitness Gym to anyone!

Anytime is the best gym I’ve had for my own progress! The energy is so placid and comfortable for when I began my journey, never felt at any stage judged or viewed for trying to better myself and will always recommend the gym and the team here always look to see the best in you!

I absolutely love going to the gym at AF! I have had Kirstan as my PT for a few months now and I could not be happier with her! I’ve learnt so much from her and knowledge I can take with me for life! I never thought I would love going to the gym as much as I do! Thankyou Anytime Fitness and Trenow Transformations!

A JOKE.
I recently went into the Treendale franchise to seek more information regarding a gym membership as there minimal information online. We were asked to pay upfront payments before even signing a contract! The contract was an electronic form of contract and was not working that day.
After finally getting sent the contract via email I noticed a number of unfair terms stated throughout and made the choice not to enter into this agreement for this reason in conjunction with not enjoying the atmosphere (staff are SO rude) and the lack of equipment/ exercise machine selection in comparison to other gyms.
I personally contacted the franchise on the seventh day (within the cooling off period stated in the contract) and advised them I will not be signing the contract and I would please like a refund. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY disrespectful and didn't seem to know how to do her job without first asking her boss? When requesting a refund she sighed and responded with a condescending statement of “no you cannot get a refund because you cannot just change your mind” -even though there was no contract in place. On top of this the the business continued to charge weekly direct debit payments (unauthorised) and made excuses as to why they cannot refund these payments.
To make themselves look even worse a member of this franchise left a voicemail for my partner (whom also had the exact same experience as myself) threatening to sue for “slander” on the grounds of not liking a FACTUAL review about the franchise and then proceeded to message him continuing.its very much interesting to see the lack of bad reviews from this franchise considering how many negative experiences i've heard but it's not surprising when the CEO threatens to take you to court when in disagreement with a review and to boost the ratings back up, writes a review to manipulate the ratings.
This franchise is a joke.

Anytime fitness is an excellent gym to join. This particular gym is clean and has good equipment. I did have an issue that the staff contacted me quickly about and rectified the issue-which is the reason for the edited review.

Awesome gym! Fantastic atmosphere in there. Well maintained and the equipments are always clean. Super friendly staff and PTs. Highly recommended.
