When a vet tells you a dogs trachea (wind pipe) is its oesophagus.and tell you it's got a huge mass when there isn't one. Stay clear of this vet clinic.

We took our dog in for emergency treatment on Sunday and were so impressed with the incredible vets/nurses and care of our dog. Our dog absolutely hates strangers but the staff at AEC were extremely patient and caring with her and nothing was too much for them. Good communication and follow ups and top notch treatment of my dog. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Wed 2am emergency visit to Midland AEC, Faheem Noor expertly diagnosed our 8yr of King Charles Cavaliers with a stomach full of sand. Without Faheem's diagnosis she would not be with us today! 3 night s 2 days later and a cruise around the pacific we took our fur baby home safe and well. The care & attention 100% and very appreciated. Thank you Faheem for your astute diagnosis! You saved her life! Rgds Carole Seth

Such a wonderful experience during a time that was quite stressful. Both the nurses and vet were so friendly. This has become my new favourite vet. My pooch was well looked after and I cant think the staff enough! Please pass this on to all staff working on the evening of the 28th of Feb.

2 weeks ago we had to suddenly put down our darling girl, Rama. The staff were so incredibly professional and compassionate. They explained the process and were very open to answering any questions we had for them. Yesterday we received our girl’s paw prints in the mail with a lovely letter from the team, we were all touched and sobbed quite a bit. Thank you so much for your service, you made all the difference in such a terrible and sad situation.

So my young golden puppy decided to make friends with a God knows what slithering creator, and it bite him.

Now you dog people out there either know how gut wrenching this is, or really never want to find out.

Luckily for me this happened at 1115pm on a Sunday.

So after breaking land speed records I arrived at AEC and they where fantastic, they monitored him, did bloods and got him straight through. They no doubt saved his life.

I cannot thank the doctors and nurses enough.

The pricing was reasonable for the treatment they gave him, very compatible to other vets, yet this happened after hours.

I was really not impressed with the overall experience with AEC Midland. I was charged more than an arm and a leg for multiple unnecessary treatments in such a short time on my best friend Soda only to be told they didn't know what was actually wrong with her; we both left the place somewhat traumatized.
After taking her to my regular vet and then with a referral to Murdoch we finally got her on the mend.
I highly recommend Murdoch animal hospital for any situation, only 20 minutes from Midland; they charge less and do more.

All the Staff were so nice and couldn't have asked for better service.

Tonight after our dog became lame on his back leg and the stress of trying to find a vet open we found aec midland and I cannot fault them what so ever! They were so calm and gentle with my 15 year old senior Doggy!

Just took our dog down as bee sting in nose. Lucky we know she isn't allergic but I was worried about the stinger being there. Zoe was lovely and gave us excellent advice and reassurance. Thank you

We had to rush our dog, Sabi, in yesterday for a snake bite. We were hoping to not have to actually use the vet for an emergency - as many pet owners would! I called before we left so that they could be prepared, and they took brief details so they could take Sabi through immediately. Nurse Doreen greeted us and was wonderful in helping us through the stress and informing us about what was going to happen while the vet assessed her. Dr Faheem came out and explained everything in a clear and simple way, and showed genuine empathy for what we were going through. Neither were judgmental when we balked a bit at the price - which was due to the anti-venom and would be similar regardless of normal or emergency vet (I'd imagine) - and tried to accommodate us as much as they could. She, very fortunately, made a full recovery overnight and was home with us the next day. We will be monitoring Sabi very closely over the next week to ensure she's recovering well, but we are so grateful to Dr Faheem, Nurse Doreen and the rest of the team for looking after our beautiful girl.

Excellent to finally have a 24/7 vet in the midland area. The staff are amazing and took great care of our sick boy who was in for a few days.

Took our very sick baby boy in on Saturday am. Sam and Serena were beautiful and loving, and stayed with our boy until we came back to say goodbye. Two beautiful and caring ladies. - Than k you both for his care.

Downside, near impossible to contact after 1pm on Saturday as no voice message available, made it unnecessarily more stressful then was necessary, even though they say are open 24-hours weekends. Our boy passed Saturday pm, and Monday midday, they still had not arranged for Lawnswood to collect him - had to do it myself, hence the 3-star rating.
New Clinic, but procedures need improving.
