Extravagantly overpriced. I was very disappointed with the food. Average at best. Not what I expected at all. Customer service was also lacking. Not recommended. Will not return.

What can I say, as I walked in I was greeted with respect and treated with much respect. As I took to my seat the Shakira beats were going, as a song went by the meals were ready. Spectacular, healthy and such and amazing experience. Thank you

Quality was okay, but for what we paid for the share plate, it was absolutely not worth it, the portion was below average.

Grossly overpriced and they missed off items. When we went to pay they had added a $55 bottle of wine, we only ordered 1 glass.
They missed our mashed potato. Photos were not accurate to what was served and the staff seem to focus on socializing.which is lovely but not at customers expenses. Will not return

The staff were sweet, the opposite to their drinks, I will say that their lack of English caused us issues. We left very disappointed and poor because this restaurant is not $$ It is $$$ and after paying so much you'd expect a lovely fresh delicious food and drinks.we had the sugar cane and lemon drinks.wow HORRIBLE we complained to the staff that we physically could not drink them because of them being 90% lemon it seemed.their solution just added some white sugar to our drinks.we didn't drink them and still got charged for these undrinkable disaster of a beverage.now the food.the positive feedback makes me question if they are legit or people that are gluten free don't have anything better.the fried plantain could have been used as hokey pucks.we thought maybe they had just used the leftovers from Sunday? Also please notice the "fresh" lemon slices and rotten mint used in our drinks.we thought maybe the lemon was dehydrated like you see served with cocktails.no it was just lemon cut a week ago? Seriously disgusting.would never go back or recommend unless to an enemy. My brother had been the week before and said the steak was great.he was shocked when we returned to experience what we did, he was not impressed by his steak at all the second time. Please note the many reviews I have made and such a negative review is rare.

As someone who used to call this place their favourite place to dine, myself and my many friends and family won’t be returning. The last 3 times I have visited, there has been multiple issues on each occasion, they charged us the pre-authorisation on our credit card even though we showed up, the coffee machine got turned off and the music stopped just before 8.30pm even though it’s advertised ‘till late’ and our most recent visit we were overcharged $66 with two emails sent and multiple calls trying to get through and we have got no response from the restaurant, extremely disappointed and want our $66 back we were left out of pocket.

Went for lunch last week. Food was over-priced and very ordinary. It was around $11 or $12 for a side of tasteless coleslaw the size of a small coleslaw from KFC. Ordered the Nachos and they were very small and over priced too. Left hungry with a dent in my pocket. Should have chosen on another eatery in Shafto lane.

Loved the food here.
Couldn't decide what to pick, so opted for the Feed Me.
Was a great choice, with a good range of what they have to offer.

I brough my English friends who never eat anything different that is not beans on toast. They loved the food. The cachapas and cocktails exceeded all the expectations. Thanks Fed and Javi for an outstanding service

Quality food, wine and service. Being my first time trying Venezuelan food I got to say it was an excellent choice of place to go

Two of us booked in for a pre-theatre meal having seen how convenient the venue is, and also previous glowing reviews. We just had 4 different starters between us and a couple of glasses of lovely wine. The food was delicious and the chef very accomodating for specific vegetarian requests; friendly excellent service all round. Definitely recommend the Angel Falls Grill and I would go again!

Great cuisine and good food, value is not the best so it tends to seem like to be a luxurious treat. I would have given 4 stars but they don't answer their 2 phone numbers, they also cancel orders placed on ubereats with no communication as to why!
Why list your place on there if all you do is cancel the order?

In reply to response: the night I came was after having my order cancelled twice on ubereats, I then ordered on your website and picked up in person, which you were happy to take, so you cancelled on ubereats but not on your own website, Did you magically become not busy? It just seems a bit misleading if you are cancelling and not taking the orders on ubereats while your busy why don't you change your service to unavailable at that time? Instead of cancelling with NO communication or reason given as to why at the time.
Additionally no one answered your phone even though I rang 6 + times.which was made worse as your staff lied when I asked in person giving some excuses that maybe ubereats was in error.

The food was really good but the prices are absurdly high for even the most basic stuff, so if money isn’t a problem this is the perfect place for you… specially when you pay $17 for 5 prawns

Overpriced for what you get. Took ages to take our order, then to bring out our starters, and then almost an hour to bring out our mains. The table next to us who was also 4 people, arrived after us, got their food, ate, left, and the servers had cleaned their table before our meal got to us. Had to wave down a waitress for another drink because no one came and checked on us until we were almost finished eating. Food itself was fine but absolutely not worth waiting that long. Wouldn't go back.

Updated: I've visited this restaurant many times over the last few years, and have enjoyed the food and found the service ok too previously. Unfortunately, things have gone down hill - prices have been increased quite significantly for some dishes and the service was pretty poor on my last visit. It took a very long time to get given a menu, for our orders to be taken, and to get served some of the drinks ordered. Furthermore, we were outside and most of the staff asked to help turn on the heater/get new gas (yes, we asked several times), said they would help, but did basically nothing about it. We did eventually get a working heater, thanks to one of the staff members and our assistance. I no longer feel like the food is value for money. I found the dish I ordered this most recent visit quite salty.

We really used to love this place but when we went the other day we were rather disappointed. The food and everything still tastes great! But the portion sizes were varying between different people and they have really cut down on how much meat you get for the price. We also booked and got charged a "no show" fee for $25 per person that didn't show up. I think that it is understandable but pretty steep considering we were a large booking and spent LOTS of money that night.and there were also empty tables as it was a Tuesday night so I thought it was a bit unfair.

Arrived at 1 and waited over an hour for food to arrive, which on a work lunch break is a bit difficult. The staff seemed very disinterested and even table water had to be requested 4 times over said hour. Food was OK, slightly cold and the 4th meal only arrived once the other 3 had almost finished eating
