Food looked so good we didn't even take a picture! We got a bunch of starters to share, and they were all so delicious. It's nice to go out and not have to worry about whether something is gluten free. I highly recommend the croquettes and empanadas. I had a dark mojito which was also very good. Great service as well.

First time eating Venezuelan food and it was amazing! First of all, a lot of reviews state that they charge you $25 per person to book, that is simply not true, they preauthorise as clearly they’ve had lots of no shows, if show up no issue, if you cancel no issue!

The food was great, we’ve had Empanadas a few times, these were different and very tasty. The mains were delicious, the steak was so tasty, wasn’t a huge fan of the corn bread but that was my fault.

The best, most authentic Venezuelan food I’ve ever tried. Lovely, friendly customer service as well.

First time enjoying Venezuelan cuisine. We had the Tepuy platter, everything was fresh, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Cocktails were delicious! Friendly staff and service. I highly recommend!

We have been coming to Angel Falls Falls for 6 years, the food and services are spectacular every time.
Tonight my wife and I were served by Paola. She is a charming young lady, extremely helpful in explaining her suggested menu choices. Thank you Paola for helping us to have a wonderful night.

Once again Angel Falls Grill made dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary a wonderful night. Paola was a gracious host answering our questions.
Delicious food in a gorgeous setting.

It transformed me back to Caracus. The Share Plate was unbelievable, Steak, Pork, Chicken melted in my mouth. The Dippng Sauces were to die for. The Staff were friendly and attentive. The Ambience was an actual feeling of being in South America. Over all a Delightful Experience

Terrible experience. We waited 70 minutes for food and when it did arrive, one of the two orders was wrong. When corrected, they missed a side. Staff were barely apologetic. Will never return and recommend everyone avoid. Food was passable but overpriced for the portion size.

It was tasty, but very expensive. I wasn’t prepared to pay $19 to drink a glass red of wine at an outside table.

This was our first time eating Venezuelan food and our only disappointment was that the sharing plate was so filling that we didn't have room for the delicious desserts we'd eyed up on the menu. The food was delicious and the service friendly and efficient. I highly recommend a meal here.

Four of us for dinner. Food took over 1.5 hours to come to the table. Two meals cold and one not delivered at all. Paid bill and left. Never again!

We loved our experience at the hidden lil gem. And awesome place for meat eaters who love to experience a bit of South American flair. An awesome date night spot, and getting the dishes to share will give a couple the best chance to taste a wider range. The service was good however I suggest you go to the bathroom before going there their restroom is way below par to put it mildly. That’s the only reason they getting 4 stars. For the beer lovers there’s some awesome crafts on tap too.

Friendly service. Overall food was good.

Avoid the beef at all cost. They are tough and chewy. Impossible to bite through with normal teeth.

I’m so confused by the high review rating for Angel Falls Grill. Yes it’s popular, lots of people there but why? The food and drinks are very overpriced and not that good. Four of us drank beer due to the excessive cocktail prices $24-76. We shared four starters and were very disappointed with the average taste and presentation. We asked for the check and left. So very average. 4 beers and 4 starters was $194. Most starters had 3 pieces and the squid is still being chewed now.
Dated and tacky fit out. No aircon.

This is the second time we have visited this restaurant. It's a great place to eat before attending a show as it's really close to His Majesty's theatre. The food was good and I liked the idea of the shared meals on offer.
The staff are friendly and the food is good.

I honestly don't understand why this restaurant has an average review above 4. We had a very different experience. The pork belly was very dry and the sauce what was so Venezuelan about it.we had some entree with a prawn on it, it was totally bland. The price of the food was way too high for the service we got and the whole dining environment. 13 dollers for a that was over grilled. I can definitely do more justice to the corn than they did. For the same price range I would go to meat and co for better food, service and environment.

NOT GLUTEN FREE. NOT COELIAC SAFE.

This kitchen is not gluten free. They have desserts with gluten but deceptively hide them onto a separate menu while claiming the entrees and starters are “100% Gluten Free. ” (This is printed on a separate menu) Staff is not knowledgeable with one incorrectly telling me that the cocktails were all GF, only to learn after drinking some of it that none of the cocktails are safe and that they are all contaminated. Menu wasn’t labeled or clear in the least. Great. Now I’ve been poisoned due to their ignorance. They blithely didn’t seem to care they had ruined the coming months of someone’s life.

Furthermore, we upgraded to the Porterhouse steak but were not served the upgraded steak (I know because we came here once before and got the correct steak last time).

The staff were rude and inconsiderate.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE COELIAC. Even if you don’t, do you want to support these ethics and business practices?

UPDATE: The owner has decided to lie and incorrectly relay what happened. They stated below “Our desserts are 100% gluten free with no risk of cross contamination” — I am quoting their response so that if they edit it later it is still on the record. Let’s start there because this is DEMONSTRABLY FALSE. I will upload a photo of their dessert menu from their own website where one of the items is not gluten free (it’s called “Death by Chocolate” because in addition to being irresponsible they don’t understand irony). Their own menu is proving their lie.

Let’s move on to their staff and the incident as it happened. I ordered a cocktail and was told by your staff member BEFORE drinking it that it was gluten free. I confirmed this verbally with her three times and that same staff member later said the same thing to my wife with other customers present who can confirm our story. Clearly you don’t want to accept responsibility and your lies and deception in your response suggest that you are either willfully ignorant or just don’t care about the health and safety of your customers. Most people aren’t affected by coeliac disease and don’t need to worry about gluten, but your disregard for the health and safety of any customer — and subsequent decision to publicly attack a patron you nearly poisoned rather than accept responsibility should be a matter of public record.

Most of the food was nice. But $7 for a small soft drink, or $19 for a small piece of cake were just shocking! The mains were also very expensive, and the owner/manager at the door can be very abrupt.
